“Parcel was supposedly delivered to our house but the picture is not from any place of the building. We called and there no answer just an automated answer saying that the parcel was already delivered. Try to contact the company through message but to not avail. Avoid this company. I don’t know how Temu can work with this kind of irresponsible companies to get their things delivered. I think they are in this together. Stealing people’s money saying they deliver things when they clearly don’t. Last but not least, they said that they will contact me within 24 hours which is a complete lie. They haven’t replied to my enquiry.”

They sent me a message that my parcel was delivered. I was at home and nobody visited me. Nobody knocked to the door. There was no parcel left by my doorstep or anywhere nearby. eBay sent me the message too - notification that my parcel was delivered. I used the tracking number on evri website where I could see the proof of delivery - verified GPS location, that the courier was on my street and photo of my parcel inside a courier's car! It's not a proof! She could stop, do photo and run with my parcel. I was twice on chat telling all of this and no response at all. That was 2 days ago. They said they they will contact with me in the next 24 hours or sooner and it's over 48 hours and nothing happened. Even no message to tell me that they sorry. Avoid this company. They will steal your items and you will struggle to get in touch with them.”

“They first, they went tp the wrong building ,not even on my street. With different nane?. Then next datmy I hit delivery report but nobody gad come ti my building. “The worst company in the whole country (ex-Hermes/Herpes). I receive 10-20 packages a week, and avoid them like the plague. 63% of all packages handled by them came in SMASHED, broken, open and stolen - still dropped off on the doorstep and ran away. Oh, yes - they are also almost always late, there is no physical possibility to speak to a human in the company and tracking doesn’t really work at all. Avoid like the plague.”

“Absolutely RUBBISH service. The driver was supposed to deliver the parcel to my address. I was at home, no knock on the door, no card left. I got a message that the parcel was left on the porch of my house (We don’t have porch). The irony is that they added a random pic and confirmed that the delivery was done. There is NO CHANCE of speaking to anyone as you get a reply from chat bots. EVRI should shut its operation in the UK if your driver cannot read an address properly, you should banned from operating in this country. “Extremely unprofessional. Leave parcels at front door in full view of the road, knock and then walk away.
We have a video doorbell, and the don't even press that, so if we're upstairs or in the garden, we don't know they've been.
Occasionally, they'll leave the parcel in a more "secure" location and toss it over a 7 foot gate, without bothering to leave a card.
Many is the time we've found parcels that have been there days and are soaking wet.”

The item has been on the app saying on its way since 07/01/2025. Tried to contact evri and only got the robot two days ago and again today. Saying that they will forward my enquiry. Finally got a waste of time email today saying, we have checked and your parcel is on its way. Hello, I have been saying this for the last two days. Terrible service. They charge you for next day delivery and can't deliver, but don't offer a refund. Maybe I will get a call at Easter telling me it is on its way. I use evri a lot and even sent 4 parcels after this one. When will they put their hands up and say they have lost the parcel.
After an automatic response from Evri. I was promised that the parcel would be delivered on two different occasions. Guess what? No delivery and no parcel. Maybe next Christmas!

Over two weeks now and the helpful customer service have not contacted me in over a week. After contacting them every day. Every customer and ever parcel is important they say. Don't make me laugh.”
“Evri are the worst courier company ever. My parcels mainly seem to get ‘lost’, and if by some miracle they do arrive (very rare!) they’re ALWAYS late. Evri have lost more items than they have delivered to me and their customer service is appalling.
Sadly, most online shops don’t say that they use Evri for their deliveries until the order is placed (no surprises there.. they clearly know they’d lose sales if they told us before!) I will always actively avoid Evri wherever possible. How Evri are still trading is beyond me.”
“Worse courier service there is. Currently they are unable to deliver a parcel the retailer had to resend as they failed to deliver the first one. I have contacted them several times and get no reply or "copy and paste" replies which are no help whatsoever. I have little hope I will get my items”
