“I ordered some aluminium led defuser from an online retailer on 15/01 for next day delivery, I make that the 16th. After a week of delays and robot responses to my email enquiries and phone calls, it eventually gets delivered to the wrong address. I had to use the photo they sent me to track down which address down my street it was delivered to. Eventually found it to find the package bent in half. I contacted the retailer who agreed to send me a replacement free of charge, only to be lumbered with Evri again as the courier. The replacement was sent out and, after another week of waiting and the tracking saying your package is bigger than we expected were sorting a specialist driver. They eventually updated the app to say there's a problem with your delivery, contact your supplier. Absolutely astonished how bad this one delivery company is.”
“Horrible and poor service. My pracel had been damaged beyond repairs apparently and only after 2weeks I have been informed about after I sent chased emails. Evri didn't bother to reply back any of my emails nor provide any update despite the fact they said in their email they will do it within 72 hrs...since that they went radio sillent on me.in meantime they asked me to pay extra 1£ for extra weight and £3 admin fee while they already knew that parcel was dameged. i only found out that I need to take an action because the receiptient informed me about it. It has been 3 weeks and evri still did nothing. I have complained and send emails to all department and none of them ever replied. Their service is out of order, they don't care at all and wonr help either. I wonder if driver didn't take the item and then destroyed the box as I never received any proof either.. well i qont probably as evri is not responding. Using their chat is another mistake as you talk to Ezra who isn't human and is not helping either. Try calling them? Sure, I did 5 times...My parcel couldn't be find on their system..where do I go with ti? How do I progress pls? Shocking and disaipointed as I lost over £60 . Shame on you Evri !!”
“I worked at your parcel depot at Warrington and you sent false information regarding the dates I worked to my brainless recruitment agency. Should have been paid 1st week of December but I have been underpaid two days wages.
It seems you are decieving only yourself when you look at the official records. You will get embarrassed, humiliated, so silly indeed. It looks like a deliberate act of collusion between my agency and you or you are just plain thick?

“I have been waiting for nearly a week now for my parcel to be delivered and absolutely no help from their customer service department. Why are people still choosing to use this shocking company! It is totally unacceptable that we pay good money for something which is dispatched straight away by the sender and then to be delayed by this dreadful company who make the decision on when they will condescend to actually deliver. In future I will check when making any purchases who they use as a courier and if it is Evri I will not proceed. They do not deserve any business from anyone. Shocking!”
“Evri are the worst delivery company I was having my parcel delivered to my works address told them there's no one there after 5.30 I looked at my fone when I got home had a message saying it had been delivered and a picture of the drivers leg with a parcel against it how is that proof of delivery there the worst company in the country do not use”

“The worst experience i ever had with a delivery courier was with Evri. They damaged my expensive parcel during transit. Not only that, I've been trying to get back my damaged parcel since 14 days but they have not returned it yet.
The customer service is very awful. I requested a call back through chat, which they said will do within 24 hours, however, no one has called since nearly 5 days. When i called the customer service, their call centre was in India i think. They have not helped and have not sent me compensation form to the email i used to buy the postage. They haven't even refunded me the postage cost yet.
This is the first and last time with Evri”

I have never used this company before and never will again. I sent a parcel first class on 15th of January which they still haven’t delivered and today admitted they cannot find although it was tracked and lying in their hub since January 17th. Numerous emails sent and calls made trying to speak to someone,then finally a reply from customer service promising to get my parcel moving for days but still nothing.So disappointed and frustrated,they just don’t seem to care.

“2 x 6 heavy scaffolding ladder ordered via ebay arrived damaged and had to be returned to vendor using vendor provided return label for evri to collect and return. i have attempted to contact evri 4 times who never get back to me. dealing with evri via their web site and their utterly useless chat box just has you going round in circles and adds to your frustration. rebranding from hermes to evri is nothing more than smoke and mirrors and it is just a matter of time before evri will be going under - utter shambles of a company.”
“I booked well in advance for my parcel to be collected. Evri gave me a time slot of 1.30 - 2.30. I stayed in all day. When they hadnt arrived I checked the trackin information which suggested that I had cancelled the collection. I had not cancelled the collection so this was unauthorised and, presumably done by an Evri employee. The AI chat and AI customer service phone service were useless. I have now emailed the CEO.
This company should not be allowed to continue trading. It is a disgrace.”

“Later than stated " estimated delivery." I understand the driver may have had an emergency, caught up in traffic, any posdible reason. We have to be kind .. ... but very disappointing when still no delivery outside of estimated time. I am beginning to feel same as others here. Lack of accountability by Evri. Customer Service desk did send me email from area office to say still intending to deliver today .... but no time. So possibility up to midnight? I did not know Clarks shoes used Evri othereise I would go to store. I just thought would be nice to try on line to keep up with modern times. Never again !”
“The courier said that my parcel was put through my letterbox. It wasn't. It was too large - so instead it was left on my doorstep. What is annoying is that I got a picture emailed to me of the delivery of the parcel being held up to my letterbox. That was deliberately misleading. If it has been stolen then what would have happened when the courier pretends it went through my letterbox. Not good enough.”
“The worst delivery company ever, they « attempt » delivery and then say it’s been unsuccessful, which is a lie I was in all day they never tried to deliver anything. Then it says they will try again the next day, they never try again, and parcel ends up being sent back to sender. This isn’t the only bad experience I’ve had with Evri, there is always a problem when they’re delivering.”
