Absolutely awful courier company, had 3 times issues with them and never solved, now the last one they lost my parcel and looks like trying to avoid to pay compensation. Definitely will look to avoid to work with them and Definitely not recommend them to nobody.

Evri delivered my package to the wrong address and even sent a photo as proof of delivery. I was told they would "redeliver immediately," but there was no follow-up whatsoever, and it was clear that no investigation had been carried out. In the end, I found the package myself with the help of a Royal Mail delivery staff member who was in the area. This is not my first delivery issue with Evri. I feel genuinely disappointed when I place an order and then find out that the retailer is using this company. Recently, I’ve been making sure that Evri isn’t involved before making a purchase, and if they are, I choose a different retailer. By the way, I recently learned that this company used to be called Hermes, and now everything makes sense. Years ago, Hermes lost my package from H&M. When I filed a complaint with H&M, the courier lied and claimed they had "left it in the porch." However, my home at the time didn’t even have a porch, so their lie was immediately exposed, and H&M had to refund me. I had been avoiding Hermes, and now, under the new name Evri, they’re handling my packages again—it's disgusting. It seems that changing the name hasn’t changed how they operate. I never want them to deal with my packages again.

Their catchline is 'Evri delivers' but they should add 'maybe, sometime, if we feel like it' I get the usual excuses for not delivering 'you weren't home' (yes I was), 'could not access the property' (we live somewhere with literally no obstructions in any way. I might get a job with Evri because it's easy, you just load your van up and go back to bed, look out the window the next morning then think to yourself 'next day delivery, not today you fools' How are Evri still in business??... a tortoise with a backpack would have more chance of getting a parcel to you than this cowboy firm!

This company should be closed down. I've never received many items. They deliver to an address within my postcode but not my address! Other times they say Noone was in ans couldn't deliver. I work from home all day and they want to charge for another delivery.

In my experience, on many occasions deliveries or collections by Evri are not attempted. Yesterday, I took a day off work to wait in for a collection - Evri did not collect. Today I am told that a collection was attempted yesterday at 12.15pm but no-one was home. Of course I was at home - I was waiting for them! I will never use Evri, they are totally unreliable, unprofessional and their customer service is non-existent.

I was told by the post office just before Xmas that Evri offered express and track delivery. A month later, my legal document is still sitting in the Netherland and I could not speak to anyone that know what is going on.

Evri is the most unreliable, careless, and incompetent delivery service I have ever dealt with. My parcel (Tracking Number: H01SSA0029712662) was marked as delivered, yet I never received it. It was scheduled for February 4th but was randomly dropped off a day early with no email, no call, no message,nothing. Had I been informed, I would have ensured I was available. If I pay for delivery, I expect my parcel to actually reach me not to disappear into thin air while Evri lies about delivery. Where was it delivered? Who knows? Certainly not to my door, not to me, and not to anyone I know! Of course, no redelivery was attempted because I wasn’t home. Their customer service is beyond useless—good luck getting a real human to help. Instead, you get bots and copy-paste responses that solve nothing. How is this company still in business? They fail to deliver and expect customers to just accept lost parcels. This level of negligence is disgusting, and I will never use Evri again. I demand a proper investigation, a full refund, or a replacement immediately, your driver needs to tell you exactly where my parcel went because it was not delivered to me. Evri is a complete disgrace—avoid them at all costs unless you want your parcels lost and ignored!

My parcel ordered by hampers.com had been delivered to a wrong address and when I tried to contact them, there was no way to get through their automated system.

My delivery driver in Thornton Heath is not helpful at all his always delivers my parcels on the floor and never shuts my gate.

Yet another useless delivery where Evri LIE about 'attempted delivery' to cover up a delay. And after this fake delivery the same driver 2 days later says delivery is delayed again due to difficulty finding address !! I'm still waiting for the item. Mind you Evri have only had it 6 days so far !! Utterly useless delivery company. Never ever use them.

Not reliable. I was a loyal customer to Evri, but when Evri lost my parcel and they admitted it, unfortunately trying to claim a compensation is impossible. They will use Evri dirty trick to just make you give up. So be warned!!! Use them if you wish, but if anything happens to your parcel ( lost or damaged ) you can only blame yourself because you have been warned. My next step is to start a new complaint with Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO). Wish me luck, I will need it.

Again I have to highlight the appalling service received from Evri. My order is missing. No update nor information received. Time is spent chasing this so-called courier company and the seller (Puma) to no avail. I shall be contacting the relevant consumer rights group. This level of service should not be permitted.

Terrible service. Couriers are useless and lie about trying to deliver. Online and phone help is pitiful, can't speak to a human. Deserve to go bust.

When they used to use Tesco stores, the Evri machine in my local was always broken. Now they have stopped using Tesco stores all together, so Evri drop off points with printers are few and far between. I have just walked an hour and a half round trip to my nearest one only to be told 'The machine is out of paper, come back Monday'! Finding an Evri printer these days is like a treasure hunt. I am so angry right now not only have I wasted time and energy but my customer will be delayed in receiving their item. I will never use Evri again I will use Yodel and tell everyone else to do the same.

Stayed in all day to accept delivery of skis, just had a notification to say they couldn’t deliver, checked the CCTV and no vans arrived and no drivers tried to call. Great waste of time.

Was hoping for a delivery from Edinburgh Woollen mill but didn't know when, I've been sent a text to say Evri tried to deliver but I was not in (despite me being on the sofa all morning) and now they want £2.45 for the privilege of me getting my cardigan back. EWM should be paying this, not me.

Woeful service. Have just had 2 messages on consecutive days staying Evri attempted to deliver but couldn’t access driveway/front door. This is total fabrication as have clear access to both driveway & front door, and have been at home on both days when the delivery was allegedly attempted. The customer service ‘virtual’ chat is completely inadequate and an automated message just repeats what the ‘chat ‘ assistant states. Pointless!!!!! Just reinforces the message that we should all buy local & not rely on delivery companies!!
