“Evri has lost the parcel, the seller won't refund & Evri won't resond to me anymore after chasing for nearly a month. The parcel was for my Sons Birthday who is 5.

“The worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Apparently tried to deliver 3 times, no ring on my buzzer, often 'tried' 40-50 minutes before scheduled delivery time, and even when directed to deliver to Scotmid / Co-op next door which is open until 22:00 they didn't even bother. Absolutely useless, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
“Evri delivered my package to the wrong address, meaning I'm never going to get it which is upsetting because it was a Valentines Day gift. This isn't the first time its happened. It happened once before Christmas, i had ordered some gift to the family, they delivered to the wrong place and i never saw them.
To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. This is just unacceptable.”
“Yet again Evri have delivered to the wrong addresses, not even the right road. lucky I am used to their incompetence and got it from their tracker and photo”
“Almost every time I order something online and it's coming via this joke of a company, it's late. My latest item I am waiting on (and need!) was supposed to be with me on Monday 10th - it's now Fri 14th, their tracking shows the package as having sat at my local depot since last Saturday the 8th! This is shockingly poor service and it isn't a one-off, it happens regularly and I have to go chasing them up via their stupid AI chatbot, anything to avoid having to actually speak to the people that pay their wages! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!”
“If I could give zero stars I would. I spend 1.5 hours packing up plates, bowels and cups. Had a strong box, used enough bubble wrap to box half a house and wrote fragile all over the box. Guess what, items arrived smashed! Checked to see how i can make a claim and surprise surprise you can't make a claim for anything. Looks like the only thing eEvri cover you for when something is damaged is textile goods!

“Evri delivered my parcel one day ago. The courier took a picture with the parcel on the doorstep as proof of delivery. It's all good and wonderful, except the doorstep wasn't mine! As soon as I was notified about the parcel being delivered, I informed Evri through a "live chat" since it was the only possible way to let them know that my parcel arrived at a different address! They said, "Ooh, don't you worry, we'll get back to you soon." Yes, guess what, they are still getting back to me. When I arrived home I've checked the neighborhood and tried to identify the doorstep, but I couldn't find any that even looked similar to the one in the picture. So, dear person who got my parcel, I hope you are enjoying it. 👍🏼

“An absolutely appalling so called delivery company. My Zara Home parcel was due to be delivered yesterday afternoon so I took time off work accordingly. It failed to arrive and I’m now told it will be delivered today but have so far not been given any information about when. It’s now nearly midday and I can’t plan my day without knowing when the parcel may (or may not!) arrive. To make matters worse, you can’t speak to a real person in their so called customer service department either. Zara Home should not use Evri to deliver their products as it reflects badly on them too.”
“This company is an absolute disaster. They seem intent on ruining small businesses rather than supporting them. They repeatedly lost my parcels, and their customer service was just as bad, ignoring multiple emails and phone calls.
Most recently, after weeks of silence, they finally responded to say my parcel was lost and advised me to file a claim. Then, days later, they emailed again, claiming the parcel had been delivered—21 days late! By that time, I had already sent a replacement through Royal Mail at my own expense, with an additional discount for my customer.
To make matters worse, they offered no compensation whatsoever. Complete time-wasters. Aavoid these cow boys at all costs”
“Sent a parcel via the post office, I didn’t realise until I’d paid that the courier would be Evri! I paid for next day delivery, the parcel wasn’t collected until 4pm so it missed next day delivery! My parcel was collect from the post office by the courier and that’s the end of my parcel.., totally disappeared! No response from Evri what so ever!”
“A message stated they could not find my address and i need to provide further details, I live in Bath, I have never had an issue with any deliveries, I tried to call, I tried the chat messaging service, its just bots every single time, i cannot get through to a person at all, terrible customer service, my parcel will not arrive in time for my trip all due to the fact that they cannot complete their only required job, deliver items....”
“They are not delivering parcels on day given and not given another date. I waited in all morning and only just recd email saying 'there was a problem with my parcels I buy a lot online but in future will advise seller not to use Evri.”
“Dreadful service. Arranged delivery on a 24h service but it’s been over a week and no progress on their tracking app. They say they missed delivering on Monday, but no card left. I changed to deliver to a parcel stop on Tuesday to ensure delivery, they say this information has been received, but then no further updates for three days. Avoid this company, their communication is rubbish and you can only talk to a Bot.”
“Would put minus stars if I could. I live in a block of over 80 flats & the courier left my parcel outside the building where anyone could take it & of course that's what's happened. I can't imagine what made the courier think it was OK to leave it there. Dreadful service”
“An absolute disgrace, returning my deliveries without any contact and lying to sellers about multiple delivery attempts. Obviously too difficult for them to use the diversion whilst our road is being repaired??! I have contacted customer services every morning for the last 3 mornings only to get the ridiculous automated service and bogus promises of a call back as nothing to date has transpired. I will now stop ordering from sellers who use Evri. What a joke!”
