“Placed order from Millets, they used Evri to deliver within 3 to 5 days.
Waited 2 weeks, No order turned up.
Millets say order Lost In Transit. I assume that means STOLEN.
Advise not to use Evri or order from companies who use Evri to deliver.
Very disappointing.”
“Paid for next day delivery on a parcel last thursday 13th feb, it’s now Monday 17th and was told that the parcel isn’t out for delivery today and they don’t know where it’s gone so they have to track it down. This is the first and only time i’ll be using Evri, what a sham and poor excuse for a postal service - zero stars”
“I would give zero stars if allowed.
I have no doubt my package was stolen. Payed for next day delivery, was told there was a delay. 3 days later the package disappeared.
I discussed this with a friend to only be told that the same thing had happened to them too a week earlier.
Trust me, it's worth paying a little more with Royal Mail than go with this company, I wish I had.”

“Over the wish few weeks, every time I see an evri delivery, I get nervous.
They have never ever delivered in the expected day.
I just get a message saying they run into a problem.
It’s so disappointing when you need something on a given day.
I have tried to see who is delivering with some orders and if it’s Evri, I won’t buy, or cancel.
Sometimes it doesn’t show so I don’t get a choice .
Shame as they are working j. Behalf of clients and losing them customers.”
“This is the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a dress from Oh Polly with next-day delivery, but it never arrived. The courier didn’t even pick it up due to a ‘connection issue’—which is completely unacceptable. How does a delivery company fail to pick up a package because of something like that? Extremely disappointing and unreliable service.”
“They tried to deliver and I was out. Fine. They said they'd deliver the next day - a Friday. Nothing. Nothing on Saturday either. On Sunday they sent an email at 11.45 to say there would be a delivery between 11 and 1 (!). I was out getting a pint of milk and rushed home. They tried to deliver at 11.52 and I got back at 11.55. One more try before they send back to the supplier. I am not optimistic. It is impossible to reach a human being.”
“Had so many problems, but the most recurring is evri saying my parcel is ready for collection but it hasn't been delivered, this is a regular occurrence and is costing me in fuel. Probably the worst delivery company in the UK.”
“Damaged parcels, parcels never delivered. Avoid any purchases that are supposed to be delivered by Evri. There are no doubt some good delivery drivers who will deliver to the correct address but seems that they are rare. Chuck it anywhere seems to be the Evri way.”
“Evri lost my parcel, how you can loose a box containing football boots I don't know. I have my suspicions though. Evri refuse to deal with the issue stating I need to go back to the company I used, they tell me that Evri will only offer £20 in compensation so that's all they will pay. Meanwhile I'm £200 out of pocket. Terrible service”

“The worst delivery company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Apparently tried to deliver 3 times, no ring on my buzzer, often 'tried' 40-50 minutes before scheduled delivery time, and even when directed to deliver to Scotmid / Co-op next door which is open until 22:00 they didn't even bother. Absolutely useless, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
“Evri delivered my package to the wrong address, meaning I'm never going to get it which is upsetting because it was a Valentines Day gift. This isn't the first time its happened. It happened once before Christmas, i had ordered some gift to the family, they delivered to the wrong place and i never saw them.
To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. This is just unacceptable.”

“Almost every time I order something online and it's coming via this joke of a company, it's late. My latest item I am waiting on (and need!) was supposed to be with me on Monday 10th - it's now Fri 14th, their tracking shows the package as having sat at my local depot since last Saturday the 8th! This is shockingly poor service and it isn't a one-off, it happens regularly and I have to go chasing them up via their stupid AI chatbot, anything to avoid having to actually speak to the people that pay their wages! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!”
