They’re shocking - been waiting for a customer service rep to contact me for 24 hours now and nothing - my package has not been delivered, no update in over 24 hours, automated useless chat box claims they are contacting me shortly… that was around 8 hours again. This company are terrible, I am going to the financial ombudsman about this as they cannot treat customers this way. I have paid a lot for a package that Evri have dropped the ball on and cannot do their jobs and sort the issue out! I am not going to back down on this at all or just sit quietly and wait for them to do their job. I will pursue this until I am in receipt of an apology from a real manager. How hard is it for somebody to call me up? They can respond to my trust pilot review with nonsense but cannot pick up the phone and handle the problem. I want compensation at this point and I am absolutely fuming! Why do we live in a. World now where bad companies get away with treating us like this!

Yesterday as I was sitting in our garden EVRI delivery driver drove to our main door dumped 7 parcels out side our main entrance 1 parcel was for another block which I delivered also contacted all customers to collect parcels which I brought into our community centre. Disgraceful is one word which describes EVRI

Was notified that my parcel has been delivered to my safe space (which i had included a photograph of) when I got home there was no parcel. I went onto the evri app and put in my postcode which came up as wrong. The seller sent me postage details including my postcode but somehow Evri have changed the postcode and delivered to god knows where. I cant even complain on the Evri app because it says my postcode is wrong for the parcel I was expecting. No phone numbers, no email. Should change their name (again) to Evri parcel lost, miss delivered or smashed. Absolutely useless company which Ive had lots of bad experiences of. I thought they were bad when they were Hermes, but they've managed to surpass themselves for incompetence and zero customer service.

Drivers tend to leave the parcel on the front door step, sometimes without knocking or ringing the door bell. I'm going to start choosing sellers using Royal Mail as never have the same problem.

Last ten deliveries have not been made - one excuse after another. Parcels randomly get sent back to sender before they even reach me. Local depot don’t bother getting back to you. I now always check who a particular company uses for their deliveries and if it’s Evri, I don't order from them. Utterly useless and a waste of time. I can’t answer the next questions about how long the deliveries took because they never arrived!

Constant theft, delays and no customer communication at all I hate working with Evei they are terrible and will no longer purchase from merchants that use them.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Sent an important parcel first class and apparently it couldn’t be delivered so was meant to be returned to me. 1 month later STILL NOTHING. I cannot believe how poor the customer service has been, never using Evri again.

Delivery straight into neighbours bin. Parcel was gone/stolen when i checked. All other items were in the bin. The parcel would have fit through the mailbox. Support is a useless chatbot. Scam!

Awful service. Had a delivery of what should be 4 parcels from the same company, only 3 delivered. How hard can it be to do your job properly. How does this company still trade with such Awful service?

Second time I've used this service on tiktok and can't use anyone else. 2 parcels gone missing now leaving the customer in a very angry emotional state. No one to talk to a human , disgraceful company

you say you have delivered my parcel, I have recieved nothing. No one has attempted deliveryon the day and time as per my video door bell. Plus after raising the complaint on your website not just once, but 3 times no one has even bothered to contact me. I would not reccomend using this company.

The parcel is out for delivery, then 2 days later its out for delivery again and then a week later its back in the warehouse. Time and time again. Retailers need to stop using this awful service. Its making you look bad.

Placed several orders with a delivery guarantee of 14th July or a fee is credited to my account. Miraculously all apparently (from different suppliers) are attempted to be delivered in the 14th and were apparently refused by me. One, I was not there to refuse the delivery and neither was anyone else. Secondly, I have a ring doorbell and cameras. Nobody approached my door all day to deliver anything. Tried to call Evri and there is no option to speak to anyone, only an automated option for an investigation. When you select this option, it states that there is an issue and cuts out. Terrible company, how are they still in business.

We have an Evri delivery almost every week, or rather that should say, scheduled every week, as they NEVER get delivered. The driver assigned to our street refuses to deliver to the door, so much so he returns parcels saying it had been refused, or couldn’t deliver today will try again, this also never happens, I managed to locate the depot and spoke to a really lovely manager who unfortunately is too nice and still hasn’t managed to sort it. I now usually have to collect it myself from the depot that the general public shouldn’t know the whereabouts of. I have contacted CEO he also hasn’t responded. If only I could give minus stars for this company. So let down by 1 driver.

Absolutely shocking They delivered my parcels to the wrong address. The proof of delivery is a photo if inside a green bin, I have no idea where this is. Their automated phone service does nothing to help the issue Their chat bot is useless. They have done nothing to correct their mistake. Recommend avoiding this company

I have never seen or experience worst service. From the chat bot to the customer service phone line set up and the delivery service. Not a single workflow works the way its suppose to. What are you guys even doing ?

How can you inform me that my parcel has left my local town depo, and my parcel will arrive on the 10th July. Just to find that it’s still in my local area but your sorry your running late 5 days on 🤷‍♂️. I leave on holiday tonight. this parcel was ordered on 28th June with a delivery date 10th July
