“Absolutely appauling company, how they are still in business I do not know. They have 'lost' three parcels over the past 4 weeks. I work from home and can guarantee noone has attempted to deliver any parcels dispite the app saying so. It has gotten to the point now that when I buy something if they use Evri I will buy elswhere.”

They delivered a parcel at the front door of my building, anyone on the street could see it, of course it got stolen. They don't take the blame, keeps me pushing to contact the sender and EVRI don't reply to my emails anymore. It's been 3 months and nothing sorted. No parcel, no refund, ignored by all employees. Poor service. No costumer service respect. AVOID!!!”

I contacted their online service three times on different days and each time I was told I would receive an update within 24 hours. Unfortunately, no update has been provided.
I called the customer service and spoke with a representative, but they were unable to resolve the issue. Instead, I was told to wait another 24-48 hours and now after 48 hours again no answer.
Absolutely terrible and poor customer service. A bit let down, never again

“Parcel dumped at a supposed safe place? Half past eight on a Saturday night. Picture supplied by the delivery driver clearly shows 2 parcels dumped on piece grass by a bramble hedge considering my delivery address was to a business park were there is no grass on site!? I left clear instructions on my cupboard adjacent to my door that Evri should not leave my parcel in front of my door as I was not in. I wrote the message Big and Bold. The person who delivered my parcel couldn't careless they still leave the parcel in front of my door. Then sent me a photo. When I got home the parcel was gone. “It is impossible for me to talk about my undelivered parcel sent from UK to France on 2 December. The initial tracking trace acknowledged arrival at LHR hub (London Heathrow Airport ?) for delivery NL (Netherlands?) Tracking was changed, presumably for onward section but never worked. It never turned up at France address despite reporting delivery on 23 December eventually. The to my astonishment was delivered back to my (original sender) address on 17 January with no explanation. All attempts to call on customer enquiries 03308085456 do not lead to an enquiry being established because the line is set up deliberately to avoid them having to be confronted and account for their inadequacies and lies.
This is disgraceful outfit taking money with no accountability. Will never use again.

“I sent late christmas presents to my daughter in Sunderland. This was done on the 4th January and was advised should have been delivered on 6th January. Had not been delivered by 17th January so raised it has an incident via WhatsApp as couldn’t speak to someone directly. Was told someone would contact me within 24 hours but have heard nothing. Tried calling customer advisor service for a day to be advised experiencing technical difficulties so didn’t get to speak to anyone. Poor service and needless to say will not be using Evri again. I would rather pay the higher prices of Royal Mail and know my package has reached its destination. Ultimately will have to replace these presents.”
“Yet again, EVRi have failed to do what they're meant to do for the third time in a row. Previous two parcels just never turned up, this time the parcel has been 'delivered' to a completly wrong address - I don't even recognise the property in the driver's photo so I can't go and retrieve the parcel myself. Shockingly poor service yet again!”
