“GREAT customer service and super quick response times to questions. There are few choices of reputable PEV sources to buy from in the USA, but even if there were many more I’d still go with Ewheels. Easy to navigate website, great communication, and quick ship times are all qualities they have and I look forward to buying from them again.”

“I am very happy with my purchase. This is the second wheel I have bought from ewheels. They have been great to work with. I initially put down a preorder for the S18, then changed several times to different wheels. I’m sure it was annoying to have to change my order 4 times, but I finally decided on the Nikola+. It came fast, shipped the same day I ordered it. Still getting used to the larger and faster wheel, but I have no complaints. In a few years when I’ll need to upgrade again I will buy from ewheels.”

“For the past two years I been dealing with this company E Weel never had a problem with warranty on replacement parts for your units they always on time with your shipment and make sure you got the right item on replacement parts for your units they always on time with your shipment and make sure you got the right item”

“I have purchased 12 Electric Uni Cycles from Ewheels and numerous accessories and Parts. I will continue to purchase all my PEV's from them, customer service is top notch, Jason always does right by his. Customers. You are always gonna have issues, but its how they handle those issues what matters. Buy with confidence! “I think you guys do a great job, you've been very responsive and getting updates from you about the wheel was helpful. I think the S18 was rushed to production, and wish you had waited longer before releasing their wheel. Mine works fine, but their have been lots of complaints from other buyers and I can definitely see where adjustments can be made to improve this wheel.”

“To start the customer service is probably one of the best I have experienced. Response is quick and remedy is swift. Kept the customer updated every step of the way.
