“Emailed to ask a question about whether a certain product was in stock, and got an immediate personal response. The 16in kingsong I ordered works great and is one of the funnest toys ever! It took a couple weeks to learn, but now I can't get enough. Very grateful for the customer service at eWheels.”

“I was concerned as I had never heard of eWheels, but I was thankfully very surprised to find out that the customer service is top notch! Drew, from eWheels always responded to my questions within minutes sometimes. Shipping was fast! And that is the most important thing when you buy a new toy.”

“Update : so my scooter arrived and honestly I was surprised it wasn't the company fault but a mix up at FedEx but everything was fixed. This scooter is so much fun and literally about to purchase another one My scooter never arrived because if problems with FedEx but the company has been helping me with this whole situation. They respond quickly and are trying everything thing can. I really appetite evetythobg their doing and I hope I get my scooter soon”

“From day one I have had best customer service I think I have had from anywhere. Before I even bought anything from them they responded to emails I sent late at night within 15 minutes answering all my questions. After I bought a wheel they promptly answered any questions I had as a new rider and when I ordered some pads they kindly returned my shipping costs to me. I have now ordered another whee with them as I am super happy with their continued support and great customer service. Which as you all know is become rare these days. Thanks ewheel staff.”

“I've been an active unicyclist for 14 years and this was my first step into the awesome world of EUC. After a bit of research and talk with other EUC enthusiasts, I finally chose the Gotway MTen3 as my first wheel, although I have "tried" my friend's EUC and got the knack of it within seconds. The shipping was slow (to be expected, coming from China during a pandemic and customs under tight scrutiny) but once my order got to port and to the distributor, I was notified by eWheels and I received it much faster than I expected. I'm also pleased to learn that my footplates were upgraded in size and I didn't even ask or expect it. Excellent communication and customer support—thanks, eWheels!”

“The customer service is A1 (5 starts) I bought a Kingsong 16x. It took a week to get to me and I performed beautifully. This is a real site. I rather by from a warehouse in California than from over seas.”

“Down to the littlest questions or issues, eWheels customer service is the best in the industry. I emailed twice with questions about my scooter (shipping speed and a how-to question), and they were back in my inbox within 20 minutes each time. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain great - I won’t buy a comparable scooter from anyone else after this.”

“Spending hundreds or thousands on newer technology that comes from China can be scary, but these guys make you feel safe and confident with their product and customer service. For example their initial reply after ordering was detailed and thorough, + they saved me a bunch of money with international(Canada) shipping issues, + they shipped it on 2-day Fedex when I paid for the cheapest, slowest shipping. Good stuff all around.”
