“The the customer service is great and not overly "salesy" I give it a 5 star but I wish there was more varieties in the power pads for the unicycles and some more options in protective gear but that's just a little thing not worth a star over.”

“I've always been met with prompt and concise responses for Jason and his team. I have NO intentions of purposely having to deal with the foreign market directly, and Ewheels provides me with confidence to buy expensive items and not be completely on my own, should a problem arise. So far my wheel and charger purchased has met expectations and I havent any complaints. Thanks e-wheels!”

“Super, the swift rides so smooth. I wish I could upgrade the shocks, i am at the limit at 220 lbs. I recomend this scooter to everyone and let them test it for themslelves. For 800, other scooters cant touch it. Michigan 6-30-2020”

“Purchased a turbowheel lightning + & didn’t even get 2 extra tubes in the box. Very unhappy bout that. Also there isn’t a contact # to call for questions about the scooter. Great email customer service tho. Fast shipping also.”

“Pretty frustrating. Asking for this review while we are still working out issues with getting me my Solowheel. I ordered 9 days ago and I still don't have my Solowheel Glide 3. First I got sent the wrong item (a Turbowheel Swift) and now it won't get picked up and my Glide 3 is being sent to the wrong address. I wasn't comped anything yet and was not even rushed shipped the Glide 3...obviously I still don't have it. No happy. Yes, please call me. Matt”

“Rebels provides lots of information to help one narrow which EUC will likely best suit them. A great wealth of information. Once my decision was made, I ordered the King Song 16X. It shipped the same day I ordered and was in my possession in less than 2days. I live in Maryland. I was very pleased with the transaction, shipping speed and the condition of my new wheel.”

“Thoroughly enjoy this scooter! The ewheels Turbowheel Swift has pick up and pep, much faster than Segway, Bird or Lime rental scooters. The front and rear brakes have saved me and are a great feature. I’m obsessed with the sleek black & pops of blue at the handlebars. The lights on the front and rear make night & dusk travel safe. Great product. Both of my kids want one now too.!”

“Fed X lost the package so I can't give you a review. However Jason the phone representative is outstanding he knows what he's talking about. I should have listened to his advice and purchased the KINGSONG 16X instead of the GOTWAY M103 I am 230 pounds and even if Fed X eventually finds the package and ships it to me I will still be putting myself at risk attempting to ride an EUC above the weight limit.”
