“Reviews on some forums steered me towards them. Website was great. Decided I really wanted it so did over night shipping, but didn’t expect it till the day after next because I was ordering late afternoon East coast. It was at my door by 1030 the next morning.”

“Great customer service from eWheels. I ordered a Lightning+ and was very happy with my purchase. The item had a bad screw that came with it but Jason and team at eWheels were quick to resolve my issue by sending me out new ones that I received in just a few days. Would highly recommend eWheels. “1. I ride a kingsong 16s. 2. Ive pre ordered the kingsong S18 3.Both wheels financed with affirm , with ewheels assistance. 4. 1 year experiance, age 57 5.City riding to off road There a little background, I cant say enough about Ewheels or Kingsong, Jason is incredible, the man returns your phone call. He helps everyway possible, the 16S was the perfect 1st euc for anyone, and for an advanced rider, and the Kingsong product has just been bullet proof. An absolutely amazing piece of equipment. Great quality, and great features, im definatly looking forward to receiving the S18, Having Jason with Ewheels handling this, im sure my new unit will get here as soon as possible, and with the best deals out there, everything this company does has been to help promote this euc community, its nice to have them standing behind us, providing us with new and more innovative products all the time. As a customer its nice to have a company that actually listens, returns calls, always here to help, give guidance, especially for us beginners, Thankyou Jason , Ewheels and , Kingsong”

“My mten3 arrived quickly. Upon opening the box a couple of pieces (part of the plug and the extension for the tire to out air in it) were laying loose on top, which I found weird. The tire is not retaining air. I have to fill it up everyday. I hope I want sold a refurbished unicycle.”

“It is refreshing to find a company that is committed to customer service. My experience in buying not one but two wheels from ewheels was so good that I will not take a chance on anyone else. If I buy, scratch that, when I buy my next wheel, it will be from ewheels. In this new age of buying everything online, other companies should model themselves after ewheels.”

“I recently purchased my very first wheel the Mten3. Small wheel thinking I will just go from being a novice to an expert in a Day.....LOL, Dreaming🤣. The Electric Unicycle is a totally different animal I know in time I will tame👍. Ewheels have been right at my side the whole way. I mean I email them a question and they have been taking time out to personally calling me back with answers. Ecoreco the electric scooter company can learn a thing or two from these guys in regards to accessible costumer services. Ewheels even threw in a pair of decent quality wrist guards as a thank you for doing business with them. Anyhow I hope to have a long relationship with this company if in the Future I buy another EUC😉👌? Dave Long Island NY”
