“Outstanding service! I had a change of heart from getting the king song s18 and wanted to switch to the tw lightning+ cause it was a better fit for my needs. Their support was very responsive and got everything sorted quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone interested in getting a electric scooter or EUC.”

“I bought TurboWheelDART and right out the box it had loose screws and bolts which was completely fine so i didnt care. But front brakes or rotor is not balanced so when i use the front brake, scooter literally shakes to front&back I dont know how to fix it but i can say that im surprised to see that they shipped a product without even testing it for 1 min. Im really disappointed with the issue.”

“As an alternative to taking the NYC subway, I wanted to get something that could get me to and from work from Manhattan to Brooklyn quickly and safely during the pandemic. I also needed something that wouldn't take up too much precious real estate. After doing weeks of research, I narrowed down my choices to the Turbowheel Swift and the E-twow GT. The safety features (front and rear brakes, suspension, solid without weighing too much to carry up a few flights of stairs) of the Turbowheel Swift won over my husband as I am a fairly klutzy person and a new scooter rider. We took it out for a spin today on cobblestone, boardwalks, and bike paths, and my husband has decided that he now needs one too. The adjustable handlebar made it easy for both of us to ride the scooter comfortably. The LCD is bright and fairly easy to adjust (once I read the manual carefully). It goes very fast - no need for mode 2 for me! I collapsed the scooter in one minute when we decided to dine outdoors after the ride. It took up very little room under the table, and I was able to do it very easily by myself. I was able to fit a bell, headlight, and phone holder on my handlebars (and still allow them to collapse). Just make sure to measure carefully! If you are looking for a compact, fairly lightweight, and safe scooter, this one is it!”
