“You can stop reading reviews now...youve found your ideal provider in eWheels. I can prove it! In short, I will not buy from any other vendor besides the guys at eWheels. From the very first interaction, these dudes have been top-notch across the board. Drew and Jason have been awesome to work with. They provided timely updates all through the process and were most kind in answering all my (newbie) questions on the product. I really couldn't be happier to have chosen eWheels for my partner in this new passion of mine. These guys make it easy to do business. “Great company and service! Glad I went with eWheels after reading glowing reviews of the company on Reddit. Ordered my Turbowheel Swift on Thursday and received notification the same day that it had shipped out. It showed up on my doorstep in 3 days. What a fast turnaround!”

“I am a legitimate customer who purchased the Turbowheel Swift and man let me tell you this puppy is a beast. I am a resident of Brooklyn (Nyc) and it's handling these jacked up roads very well thus far, very good suspensions. The speed is right and I mean so right I try not to put it on mode 3. This electric scooter is fast and I've gotten it as much as 24 miles on flat roads. This is perfect for the city. My only gripe is the screen is a tiny bit loose and wont completely tighten like the brake handles. Also it comes on Kilometers and not miles. These things are minor to me. I've had this scooter a week now and am pretty pleased. Great product for price.”

“I'm a first time customer and I bought an MSX Pro (torque) from eWheels. I wasn't exactly sure which Monster to buy but Drew at eWheels was great at answering my questions pretty quickly to make sure I was buying the right machine for me as an upgrade from a V8f. I'll definately be back here for my next wheel (maybe the Veteran?????)”

“Good build quality and fun to ride. The only negatives for me are the battery readings seem to be all over the place. Sometimes while cruising it says I have a low battery, but then when I stop at a light it shoots back up to full. It’s very hard for me to tell just how much further I can go, or when is it safe to charge it again (the manual recommends charging when you have one bar of battery left).”

“While researching where to buy an electric scooter, EWheela kept coming up. Not only for having great products but most importantly customer support. And I was not let down. “After the agony of deciding on a wheel I pre-ordered the KS S18. Ultimately I changed my mind and ordered a 16x. The guys at eWheels were very responsive and moved the deposit to the other wheel. I since have asked them multiple questions and received quick replies. Shipping was right at 7+/- days to SC. I consider this fast considering the contents. The wheel is immensely better than my X8. Thank you eWheel for legitimizing the EUC industry.”

“Best customer service. Super fast shipping. Outstanding performance. Excellent quality. Great handling. Super fast. Really comfortable to ride. And I am sure there were so many other things in my mind after my first ride on my Turbowheel Lighting + You don’t think about the money spent if you’re really enjoying the product.
