“This 5 star review is based off of the eWheels company in general, not so much on my recent purchase. I feel like I should clarify because there was an issue with getting my shipment handed to FedEx over multiple days, which made the $170 I paid for overnight shipping completely pointless since I didn’t receive my order until 6 days after I placed it. I had to contact someone to check out what the problem was on day 3, otherwise who knows how long it would’ve taken. No reason for the delay was given but my card was refunded $50 from the $170 I paid for shipping, leaving the remaining $120 to sit as a slightly less painful, but still very irritating thorn in my side. I can understand that problems pop up sometimes and especially so during the current craziness, so I’m unwilling to knock a star off of a clearly 5 star company that’s done a lot for the community, pushes product improvements and continues to kindle a passion for the products they provide. These things mean much more to me than a circumstantial slip up so I stand behind them and will continue making my purchases with eWheels.”

“eWheels did a great job with my purchase of a King Song 16S. I got a shipping tracking number within an hour of placing my order. I even had a few questions that they answered quickly via email. eWheels is awesome!”

“The delivery was very fast by Fedex, in excellent bullet-proof packaging. The customer service turned out to be amazing: on the second day I accidentally locked out the wheel thru the app, and did not realized that. So I sent a message via the eWheels web page, asking for help and within 5 min a tech support guy called me and helped to resolve the problem. I think, his name was Steve, but not sure.”

“I was going to wait on the review until I learned how to ride but so far I am very impressed with my Inmotion V8F. I have not tried any other wheel so I have nothing to compare it with and as far as performance I am still learning how to ride. But the V8F is a very cool looking wheel. I bought it from eWheels and they were a pleasure to work with and thanks again for the recommendation. So far I'm very happy with it. More to follow this in a few weeks.”

“Scooter arrived ready to ride (battery needed charging but that was expected). Scooter rides incredible and a lot of fun to use. The engine is very strong and almost scary at its top speed. A fully charged battery makes your ride very fast and responsive. I forgot to charge the battery and rode on about a half charge and the scooter still reached a respectable 12 mph for quite a distance. Would recommend”

“I actually ordered a segway ninebot from amazon, buuut they lost it in the mail. Got my money back (fate was trying to tell me something lol) and upgraded to a Turbowheel Dart! Best decision ever! The ride is so worth the price. I have been riding rental scooters for the past few years, and this obviously does not deserve comparison. NOW here is another thing. I managed to bust my back air tube my third day riding it. I was being a bit careless, so its mostly my fault. Did a panic purchase of a new airtube and selected overnight shipping. Y'all were so kind for giving me an extra airtube AND giving me a discount. Guess what happened? While putting in a new airtube, i managed to pierce the tube!! If Ewheels did not send me the second tube I'd be absolutely in tears. My dumb mistakes were no fun, but learning from them is great! Thanks Ewheels!”

“What a wonderful experience this has been for us as a family. I can't say enough good about the staff at eWheels! They do customer service the way it is supposed to be done - genuine caring for their customers. It shows in every communication, whether it's advice on the sport or trying to choose between two models. We are new to this sport, and we opted to start with the MTen3 for our first EUC, mainly because we have two children who want to learn as well. We were impressed as soon as we unboxed this little EUC marvel. We've had a BLAST! We're all hooked on this sport, no turning back! We look forward to the future purchases coming up because we know we can expect the same fantastic service from eWheels. “I can not say enough about ewheels and the team there. Look in these times we have all fallen victim to scams or even real bad service, this is a company that should teach others how to operate! These guys have custom service down!! All the staff are awesome! Please rest assure when you want an EUC you can be sure you will be taken care by this company!”
