“Originally purchased a 16XS after speaking to a representative through email. Turned out they no longer had any in stock. Initially, I was upset since the payment was processed even though there were no longer any to be sold. The reps were apologetic and asked if I would like to upgrade to the 16X, so I opted for that. The wheel came in on time and in good condition. I was sent an email with some basic information regarding the wheel, an app that connects to it and safety recommendations. All and all, the service was very good and I'll definitely contact if I ever need anything in the future. Happy riding!”

“Zero complaints with shipment of all accessories and my new KS16X EUC. Packaging was well done and shipping was fast and problem free. Will definitely be order all my parts and wheels from here in the future! Also would like to thank customer service for answer all my questions prior to me ordering my wheel! Thank you guys for being awesome!”

“My turbowheel phantom. Was ordered processed and shipped extremely fast customerservice @Ewheels seems to be very top notch now onto my purchase the Scooter at this price point I believe is the number one choice for any potential buyers. Buyer beware this is not a toy ! Love my scoot”

“Ordered my scooter on Saturday, order was put through on Sunday and shipped on Monday. They kept me updated on my status and answered my questions in a timely fashion. I definitely would order from ewheels in the future.”

“Not much to say except ewheels sells a great selection of wheels and they shipped my ks16x the day I ordered it. It’s my second wheel coming from a airwheel x3 and it’s been fantastic. I will surely buy my next wheel from ewheels.”

“The scooter is great. A little heavier than I expected and I already scratched the bottom by accident. Only thing I would recommend fixing the battery because it heats up while charging.”

“Great service, every interaction I had with ewheels staff made it clear how committed they are to helpful communication with customers. There was a slight delay with the shipping of my wheel (due to FedEx’s issues with the pandemic, nothing to do with ewheels), and Jason and William we’re both very helpful throughout the process. I’d easily recommend shopping at this site any day!”

“This is my second wheel that I purchased from ewheels. My first EUC was the Kingsong 18XL, hands down this was the best wheel to learn how to ride an EUC. My second wheel was the MSP, awesome wheel. I would purchase from ewheels any day!”

“Love yall! Took awhile to get to me. UPS told me on the 12th that it would be at my place by the end of the day. After waiting around all day it never showed up. It didn't come on till the following day so I basically waited around the house for 2 days”

“I found an adjustable rate 58.8 volt charger on the website and ordered it. Received notification that it had shipped, the next day. It arrived in Tennessee within 5 days. Great speed and customer appreciation, there, is obvious! Thanks, again.”

“Bought the TW Lightning+ in July. Very happy with it. Very fast scooter. Only issue is the stem is a little loose. Hope you guys get the rugged clamp soon and the steering damper. Jason and Bill are awesome reps!!! Can’t say enough good things about them both.”
