“I recieved the v10f on Monday. Didn't have any idea how hard it would be to be able to drive. On the third day I was able to ride around my yard. Not going to fast but I believe that is a good thing. Am learning to control it, so far so good.”

“I seldom leave reviews but this time I really want to shout out to ewheels team for the excellent service, even though i’m just ordering some parts, not the biggest order here for sure. So responsive, and they have all the things I need that I can’t find anywhere else. Also more responsive than any other shop that I tried to reach out to.”

“They don't truly list what the escooter range actually is. They just copy the theoretical range of the scooters. Be prepared to get less than 50% of what the range is that the website states the scooter can actually get. This is based on someone who weights 140 pounds,riding in a flat area while keeping the scooter in the lowest power settings and driving it slowly,no where near it's max speed.”

“I purchased a V12 HS late last year from ewheels. After a quick ride around the block it would not power on. 2 hrs after emailing ewheels about this, they sent me a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. After the repair they sent me a video of my now working v12. I got my wheel back 2weeks after sending it. Nearly all of that 2 weeks was shipping time. 4 months later my wheel died due to the infamous V12 mosfet problem. This was a known and well understood issue with driver board. Once Inmotion had designed and manufactured new boards, they were sent to the distributors. Ewheels gave me the option of installing the board myself or shipping the wheel back to ewheels for them to do the work. I opted to do the self install. 2 months after that my wheel had yet another issue. within hours of emailing ewheels, they had shipped a new driver board to me which i installed. My V12 has been running flawlessly since. I now have 4000miles on the odometer. The bottom line with ewheels is this: they have always been incredibly proactive and have done everything within their power to do right by me. Not once have i had to coerce them into helping me and have never asked for additional payment for parts or shipping. I find their 'what can we do to help' attitude to be refreshing and rare in todays world. I will always make future purchases through ewheels especially given how much the manufacturers are lacking in basic QC these day. I cannot imagine the nightmare it would have been for me if I had purchased my V12 from another vendor.”

“I ordered the Sherman max and I am very pleased with it. The only problem I have is putting air in to adjust the pressure. There were a few issues with delivery but Jason and Eric were there assisting me throughout from beginning to end. Excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend them to purchase from with confidence.”

“I have bought multiple wheels from eWheels and could not be happier with their service and attention to detail. They always go above and beyond and have become the standard for what service can be in the EUC market. I have had great experiences with wheel reliability, and when there were manufacturing issues, the team at eWheels were quick to make the repair or replacement process as simple as possible. It is safe to say that I would likely not still be buying and riding EUCs if not for this company.”

“I purchased my Vsett 10+ about 2 months ago, it’s a great scooter!! The team has been awesome! I had a couple of opportunities with it. Jason and Eric were great with timely responses and help. Jason was fast to ship out a replacement part once we figured out the opportunity. If i look to purchase another electric vehicle, it definitely will be with Ewheels again!”

“Quick shipping time, great communication. havent had any problems with my sherman max but from what I hear, Ewheels takes care of you. I hope to seldom have problems with my new wheel but if problems to arise, I'm glad I chose to order from them. Time to get some practice on the new wheel!”

“The support from eWheels is on another level. Leading up to my purchase they were always responsive to any questions, but it didn't end there. After getting the wheel and riding it for a bit, the tire went flat. I was heading out of town soon and ordered new tubes and paid to overnight them. In the morning the team saw this and refunded me the order and shipping AND sent me two tubes! They honestly didn't have to do any of this for me so it was very appreciated that they did.”
