“Excellent service! They sent me an email with some helpful tips before I got the wheel. Shipping was processed quickly and both items, which came from 2 separate locations, arrived at the same time, which was really convenient. The fast charger is brilliant”

“I bought a wristguard and a gotway msp bodyguard from ewheel and it came in very early than expected. It came in with a bunch of ewheel contact card, and the product came brand new. I love it. I’m just waiting on the msp!! (:”

“eWheels is currently the only place I'll consider making new Electric Unicycle purchases. EUCs are great, but a few small companies in Hong Kong just don't have the resources for overseas customer support. EWheels is your advocate if you live in the States and want to feel confident that is anything at all goes wrong with your fun machine that you'll be well taken care of.”

“The customer service is beyond amazing, the Nik+ 100v I bought is great. Took a lot of practice and I find myself pushing harder and harder on it. While I have nothing to compare to other than a Onewheel this thing is unreal and super fun, way better than a Onewheel. Still learning daily how to take this thing to the next level.”

“In our world today customer service is sometimes lacking as more commerce is performed online that ever before. As we move to more automated interfaces for communication our experiences feel less personal. Definitely not so with eWheels. Jason at eWheels has keep a superior level of communication throughout my purchase experience. All my questions and concerns were addressed with 24 hours. They went above and beyond by modifying the EUC seat to ensure everything works smoothly before sending it out. They didn't have to take extra time to make it right, but they did, making eWheels the only place I'll be ordering future personalized transport vehicles from now on. E eWheels....you guys are awesome!! Thanks again!!”

“I’m so happy with my GotWay Nikola from Ewheels🥰. My purchase experience with EWheels went smoothly and the delivery service was better than expected. My Nikk ( I’m a first time rider, and I’m a girl👩🏾‍🦱 so I name everything lol) rides so smoothly. I’m still learning but since my Nikk came about three days ago I can’t stay off him. Learning how to ride has been easy and fun. I can’t wait for our adventures together Nikk! Thanks EWheels. On a side note, I’ve been watching a guy on YouTube who mentioned a someone by the name of Jason who works for EWheels. The guy spoke highly of Jason. Well Jason I’ll be looking forward to speaking with you about my buying little things for my Nikk 😃 I can’t wait for Apple to create an electric ⚡️ Unicycle emoji...🤣🤣🤣”

“The Stigo B1 is so much fun to ride. I'm getting about 18-19 MPH top speed on flats and I weigh around 190lbs. I wish the acceleration was a little quicker to help get through intersections, but it's fine. It's super quiet, and very comfortable to ride. You can easily stand on the foot pegs when going over curbs or speed bumps too. It easily fits in the back of my small car and is super quick to fold and unfold. This thing is just rad.”

“First off, thank you EWheels for existing! Excellent customer service, speedy delivery and great products. I bought a KS14D 340 version as my first wheel. Even with a slight delay in shipment, the wheel still arrived in 3 days. Seemed like longer cause I was so anxiously waiting, checking my cameras every minute off each of those days to see if fedex was at my door or driveway, cautiously due to all the mail theft reports in my area. But I kept in contact with Ewheels staff and they kept me in the loop and sure enough on the third day it arrived. There's definitely a learning curve to the EUC. Maybe a 16 inch wheel would have been better as recommended by many. But after a few days chances to ride im taking it on light offroading trails. Still though, when a car goes by or a kid comes out of a driveway on his bike in my direction, I tend to tense up, and that definitely does not help the learning experience. "Don't fall!" the kid shouts.. still have problems with balance when first starting up in front of my house, so that's kinda embarrassing in front of my neighbors, but once I'm comfortably on and riding for some time, I'm cruising at regulated 12mph beginner speed setting down my neighborhood and pulling up my driveway like a pro! Due to shipping, the wheel comes with an engine lock, which sadly took me an hour to figure out how to unlock with a mobile device. There is no unlock button on the wheel! lol. You MUST download the EUC APP in order to unlock your wheel. Open the app, connect it by bluetooth to your constantly beeping wheel (no password required;it asks, just leave it blank and continue...) a greyed out selection called wheel settings should be on a list, open that, and go pass all your light color settings and you should find the lock/ unlock button. I've been following the EUC communities for some time now and now I'm proud to say I'm a member of it! Thanks again EWheels team for making that possible!”
