Only reason im not rating it 5 stars is one of the motors was wired backwards, it was a 10 minute fix and Jason walked me through it. I cant stop riding the Sw5, its so much and unbelievable fast. Customer service is 10/10

Great scooter that I use to commute to work and back (around 9 miles round trip). Have an issue with a flat tire, but I'm hoping it get fixed relatively soon.

It's a ton of fun since I had it no problem with it so far just to everyone who buy one of these these things can take you for granted and make you believe that they're not so dangerous but I had a little accident and I was wearing all the protection that I needed bicycle helmets knees pads and everything but I just recently bought a motorcycle helmet and a full body armour cuz I almost broken my arm and hit my face pretty hard and I had two missed a week of work

Everything seemed to go well. I did have some confusion with the product though, as everything on the product said L instead of XL. Because of the 1554 on the bottom of a foot pad I believe I received the correct wheel, but that is about it. Would have been nice if it were clearer.

This scooter is pretty well built with a few areas that could be improved. The front suspension does not handle bumps well. It makes a loud metal clanging sound hitting small bumps in the sidewalk. Also, solid wheels would be nice to alleviate the concern of a flat tire on a long trip, also putting 50 psi in the tiny tire is challenging since the air that escapes when removing the pump is enough to drop the pressure to almost zero if not done almost instantly.

Response time and personal details are amazing! And I'm very happy by the product delivered. I was surprised by the extra delivery fee by FedEx into Canada on top of the rate I already paid, which was admittedly significant. That could have been made more clear. But to Ewheels' credit, they did rush my shipping and try to minimize the extra cost.

It has been a great experience with ewheels. Customer service and questions were promptly answered. To me that's the best action. Knowing and trusting a company, with your purchase.

Received my Turbo Wheel Lighting right on time. Ewheels kept me informed of the progress being shipped and built. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is my skid plate arrived dirty and scuffed up. I called ewheels and they apologized and said they would send out a replacement. I'll change my rating as soon as it arrives. Other that that, the scooter is Rocket, well built and rides like a dream...

The shipping process was very confusing as my order was messed up initially. Other than that, customer service was incredibly helpful and was overall a solid experience purchasing from eWheels.

So far so good I'm enjoying my a lightning wheel Turbo very cool machine I'm using it eight months out of the year which I think is $2,400 price is worth it in Canadian money obviously the only downside that I saw so far is the cheap charger that they give you I don't care if you guys charged me 2500 please give me a decent charger that thing could not even charge my laptop with is ridiculous size and no option of filling up 80% of the battery which I thought was the charger I was getting because of all the emails that you guys send with pictures

It’s a very solid scooter. I would suggest that it comes in a better box and that a physical manual accompanies the scooter. Also I would suggest that the brakes work a little quicker. But overall seems like a solid buy. My speedometer doesn’t seem to be working so that is upsetting but overall it is

e-wheels had a premium service during the whole buying process. I was kindly and patiently guided. Unfortunaly when shipping I was told the scooter did not have an upgrade I was told three times to receive in the spider v2. Price its not a limitation on this deal so Im still open tu buy the brakes upgrade when available.

Communication and fulfillment was good and timely. However, there was a promotion that they did not address or fulfill...yet. My rating will go down if not fulfilled.

Quick ship. I am a noob so it is hard to comment on the wheel. Seems great so far but I can only ride about 50 yards. I called in and spoke with Jason pre-order great info. I ordered within minutes but I despite the verbal offer I guess they were sold out of XL pedals. I was kinda disappointed that I didn't get them as I had expect to....

The KingSong ks18XL is 5 stars. The poor app brings it down a star. How can a high quality, high performance wheel have such a poor application associated with it? I hope the people who programmed the wheel are different from those who made the app. From my short time riding this wheel, I’d say the app programmers are a different lot. The wheel is so powerful and of very good quality. My only negative there is when I hit ‘kickback’, it’s a little jarring and surprising. Not really in a good way either. My previous EUC was the Inmotion V8. When approaching top speed on it, the wheel softly begins an oh so suttle tiltback. KingSong should try to replicate that. Having said all that, I feel that I posses the finest EUC made. Such a great feeling riding it. I’m a little obese and I live in the mountains. This wheel easily handles my weight. I found when I used DarknessBot app, it would alarm at 16 mph. With the app off I could do about 20mph. Battery supplies endless range it seems. The foot peddles provide s comfort I’ve never expected from an EUC! I just did a 13.8 mile run and later realized, ‘hey, my feet don’t hurt!’ Here is a sample of a ride on the 3rd day of ownership. https://youtu.be/c_TaPwQr8n0 I’m still restricted to 20 mph. I anticipate many years of fun from this wheel. Inmotion was a quality eweel but I’ve always wanted a kingsong. Now I’ve got the best EUC in the world!

Hi,I have now done over 200km on my glide 3 and here are some of my experiances etc. The app from solowheel never worked l use wheel log and recently have been able to get the innotion app working. The wheel seems quite good quality. I carry, walk and ride my wheel on most of my outings and does all of these functions well. Love the ease of turning on the head light as start the day very early in the dark. Also like how I can turn down the volume a must at this time of the morning. Comunication was as good and better as l have ever had on online purchases. Have had minor issues with button under handle allowing the wheel to over spin and then torn off. I have tested top speed and while I feel the wheel is capable of 30km an hour is very hard to maintain the speed as the pedals keep flicking you back. I would say 25km an hour is about the max speed to expect. But all in all has performed well so far.

ewheels was very informative on their products but one thing I noticed was that they need to intail what exactly comes in the box. When looking at the Dualtron Thunder portion I thought the different shock cartridges were included it did not say anywhere that it wasn't. Also my e-scooter came a bit damaged during shipping but ewheels and their technician was able to help me solve the issue promptly over the phone. Overall I am a satisfied customer and would do busy with them again.
