“TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET MY PRODUCT”

Hi Vitaly, We are so sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive. Normally, we do produce and ship very quickly. However, we'd like to clarify that, due to national supply chain issues, we did experience a temporary backorder for some of our products recently. However, all related orders were placed on a priority list and were fulfilled as quickly as possible. Notices were posted on each product affected, but it sounds like you may not have seen it, so we'll pass feedback over to our web team regarding this as we definitely want to ensure our customers are seeing our notices. “The quality of the mats is good, I ordered the clear ones because I couldn't find the exact blue to match the interior of my GV80. My only problem was the order took a little long, because the material was out of stock.”

“I recently had my kitchen painted and to protect the new paint I ordered over 40 shelf and drawer liners. Exactmats took my order and all the mats fit perfectly!!! “the measurements were good. it's on the thin side, not sure if that is a plus or minus. am i happy with it? kind of. water does get underneath, so am constantly lifting it up to wipe under. so basically that did not resolve my issue or what i needed. easy to clean? yes. overall i guess it will have to do for now. it's an individual thing here. i may not be totally happy but i am only one person, only you can decide for yourself if this is something you could use/want etc. would i order more? maybe. it would depend on where. knowing more about the product and placement of current spot, will think twice about the next area.”

The reason for this is that most of our customers prefer a more minimalistic design, one which protects against everyday dirt and grime.
