“I have to say I am impressed. From start to finish the process was simple. Delivery came on time and the product is exactly as advertised. I bought a large table mat and it fits perfectly. Just roll it out and let sit for a while and that was it. Highly recommend this company and product.”

“My first order had been exposed to severe heat in shipping but Katie and the folks at ExactMats sent me a new mat the very next day. The new item is perfect; it covers the top of a very well-used island and it is such a relief having the protection of the mat on top of the wood. “I just received my ExactMat a couple of weeks ago. I'm very pleased with it and the size is exactly what I needed for my desk. Before ordering, I called with a question to make sure that the frosted mat was smooth on one side. My question was answered in no time and I order my mat immediately. I'm pleased with my order.”

“I initially ordered the wrong size, but when I contacted them to order the correct size, they were nice enough to give me the same limited-time discount I'd used for the first order. They were super-helpful. The mat was for my glass and wood table to keep it from getting broken or ruined from everyday use. I was concerned that the mat might have a nasty smell (I've gotten shower mats and desk-chair floor protectors that smelled like skunk), but although the Exact Mats have a chemical smell when you first open the box, it's not offensive, and it fades quickly once you lay them out.”
