“Last year I inquired about clear mats for my 2023 Genesis GV60; at the time it was not available. The customer service rep and production manager went above and beyond. They were responsive and procured the exact measurements for my floor mats. They let me know as soon as it was available for ordering... the clear mats look amazing! They look great over my light-colored carpeted floor mats. Nice quality and the fit is perfect!”

“I ordered a black X Edition cargo mat for the back of my 2023 Mercedes station wagon. Since no other manufacturer listed a cargo mat specifically fitted for the 2023, I talked to the Support Dept. to verify. They were extremely helpful, and sent me a CAD drawing with precise measurements prior to my ordering it. The cargo mat fits perfectly, and I am extremely happy with it. The other options, including the Mercedes OEM tray, have lips that interfere with pushing cargo forward with the rear seats down, and this one does not, which is what I was looking for. Highly recommended!”

“The mat fits nicely into the space. As delivered, the floor anchors were installed 90 degrees off and had the be rotated to the correct position. The bumpy texture of the mat takes some getting used to, as it can offer some resistance to sliding your shoe rearward depending on the shoe’s heel. Also, since it doesn’t have sides like the OEM floor mat, rainwater or spilled liquids can run off onto the underlying carpet.”

Otherwise, yes, the mat is definitely a low-profile solution and as such, does not have any kind of rim for liquid collection. We've found that this type of all-season mat is great for all kinds of weather, but if you are looking for something that catches much more liquid than average, our mats are not going to do so. “I recently got a 36x60 clear table protector in Riverstone for my dining room table. We have a toddler in the family who frequently visits and we were worried that she wouldn't be gentle enough to avoid accidentally damaging our beautiful tabletop with crayons or simply just being a toddler. The table protector came rolled in a box. At first, I was worried that it wouldn't lay flat, but I was pleasantly surprised at how it lay flat on the table right out of the box! There was a bit of vinyl smell, but it wasn't a bother and went away pretty quickly (~ 1.5 weeks or so). I like that I can still see the beauty of the tabletop, and the Riverstone gives it an attractive textured look that goes well in our space. The ExactMats website did an excellent job accurately demonstrating what to expect between Crystal and Riverstone via the pictures on their website. I am very happy with my purchase and will come back to ExactMats the next time I need a protective top for a table, desk, dresser, bookcase, etc.”

“My table mat was defective. It came the wrong size and heavy and warm items like a bowl of soup left permanent impressions. Customer service has been very helpful and they said they will replace my item with a future batch that is harder. When that happens I will give them a better review. Current product was not as advertised.”

“The mat is 10” to long. I had the correct size but I had to go through the order 3 times on line to get it correct. I’m not sure if I was wrong or if it was cut to long. John Brager”
