“I recently got a 36x60 clear table protector in Riverstone for my dining room table. We have a toddler in the family who frequently visits and we were worried that she wouldn't be gentle enough to avoid accidentally damaging our beautiful tabletop with crayons or simply just being a toddler. The table protector came rolled in a box. At first, I was worried that it wouldn't lay flat, but I was pleasantly surprised at how it lay flat on the table right out of the box! There was a bit of vinyl smell, but it wasn't a bother and went away pretty quickly (~ 1.5 weeks or so). I like that I can still see the beauty of the tabletop, and the Riverstone gives it an attractive textured look that goes well in our space. The ExactMats website did an excellent job accurately demonstrating what to expect between Crystal and Riverstone via the pictures on their website. I am very happy with my purchase and will come back to ExactMats the next time I need a protective top for a table, desk, dresser, bookcase, etc.”

“My table mat was defective. It came the wrong size and heavy and warm items like a bowl of soup left permanent impressions. Customer service has been very helpful and they said they will replace my item with a future batch that is harder. When that happens I will give them a better review. Current product was not as advertised.”

“The mat is 10” to long. I had the correct size but I had to go through the order 3 times on line to get it correct. I’m not sure if I was wrong or if it was cut to long. John Brager”

“Mats are good fit and stay in place. My only issue is the sharp spikes on the underside of the mats, that scratch or could harm your bare hands when removing mats from the box and handling them for placement in car. There should be a warning about that or a suggestion to wear gloves.”

“Ordered a custom clear mat for my desk. Measurements came out perfect! Delivered rolled so I spread it out on a table for a few days to become flat and to disseminate the off gassing smell. After a few days, we laid it on the desk and its perfect --- even gives a nice sheen to the top of the desk!! Love it and will order more items when needed from this company. Sharon”

“I have a nice Mexican island in my kitchen. It looks great but is not made of a hardwood. I wanted to preserve the great rustic look while making it more compatible with preparing food and liquids. It is a custom size. The thick, clear mat does both of these things. It also fits perfectly. The lovely wood grain of the island is visible and the island is now great for food prep and I no longer worry about liquids. It also fits perfectly. This product did everything I hoped for and I'm totally happy with this purchase. Kudos to Exactmats!”
