“nice to have a company that can customize a clear mat for you to protect a laundry room shelf from bleach and detergent. I use it on the top of side table since black top scratches easily. You can't see it. I get the thinnest size.”

“We purchased our Dining Room Table in 2019, within a year we had to have the top replaced as it was chipping. Have had a tablecloth on it ever since. Finding and purchasing the Exactmat was the best thing I have ever done. I actually am able to see my table & it is well protected. Thank you so much.”

“Mats we’re not what I thought, did not fit accurately”

Hi Larry, We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your mats. That's definitely not what we want! Reviewing your Support Ticket, it looks like we reached out to assist and offered to make some tweaks to your mats but you preferred to keep the existing mats. That said, based on the photos you sent, the mats look like they do fit really well! Just to clarify, our mats are meant to either replace your existing mats (replacement), or go over your existing mats (overlay), so they are made to a specific shape/size that most closely matches the area you are looking to protect. If they are made too large or too small, the coverage would change, but they wouldn't fit as well or look as nice. “I ordered a black X Edition cargo mat for the back of my 2023 Mercedes station wagon. Since no other manufacturer listed a cargo mat specifically fitted for the 2023, I talked to the Support Dept. to verify. They were extremely helpful, and sent me a CAD drawing with precise measurements prior to my ordering it. The cargo mat fits perfectly, and I am extremely happy with it. The other options, including the Mercedes OEM tray, have lips that interfere with pushing cargo forward with the rear seats down, and this one does not, which is what I was looking for. Highly recommended!”

“The mat fits nicely into the space. As delivered, the floor anchors were installed 90 degrees off and had the be rotated to the correct position. The bumpy texture of the mat takes some getting used to, as it can offer some resistance to sliding your shoe rearward depending on the shoe’s heel. Also, since it doesn’t have sides like the OEM floor mat, rainwater or spilled liquids can run off onto the underlying carpet.”

Otherwise, yes, the mat is definitely a low-profile solution and as such, does not have any kind of rim for liquid collection. We've found that this type of all-season mat is great for all kinds of weather, but if you are looking for something that catches much more liquid than average, our mats are not going to do so.
