“Mats were are exact fit for my 2015 Tesla Model S 70D in the hatchback area. I needed to trim it back for a proper fit.”

“I love the concept of this. The mats fit great and are of good quality. My only complaint is the smell. Over time it is not as bad, but I have had to leave the doors to my pantry and linen closet open to let it vent.”

Thank you so much for your kind review. We're so glad you love the liners. In regards to the smell: What you're smelling os the off-gassing. This is typical of any plastic product. Our product's off-gassing is harmless, but those who are super sensitive to smells may notice it more than others. Think of it like a new shower curtain, which often has an odor for a while before the off-gassing slows down and stops. “Really strong smell, so we could not use until they sat out several days. They were also folded in a box, so they had to be laid out flat to be able to wear them properly.”

Hi Margaret. Thanks for your review! I just wanted to clarify that the scent you are smelling is 100% normal for vinyl products, however, not everyone is sensitive to the smell. The vinyl does something called off-gassing (something all plastics do). Every now and then we do hear from someone about the scent being powerful, but just like a new shower liner (also usually made from vinyl), those who are sensitive to the smell may need to air them out before use. I also wanted to assure you that your feedback has been forwarded to our production team in regards to your shields arriving folded. After laying out for a very short amount of time (laying them in the sun is one option), they should be usable. But if you run into any other issues, please feel free to give us a call. “I was expecting to receive a print out with the mats indicating where each mat went. Instead, the mats were all marked with tags (A1, A2, B1, etc). Luckily, I was able to guess the correct location for the mats.”

Hi John, Thanks for the review. If you feel like your mats can fit better, we may be able to help with that. Considering its an older vehicle, our resources are limited in terms getting measurements. What we can do is send you some pattern paper, then you can simply trace the carpet mats on it and send it back. Its best to keep weights of some sort on the mats while tracing. We will also supply you with a return label. Or if you wish to send us your carpet mats and have us take care of it for you, we can do that as well. Let me know what you think

Hi Gordon, The clips are primarily intended to be used for the Front Driver Side Mat. If you were to use them, it is recommended that you add one to the upper right-hand side of the mats and one to the lower left side of the mats. Let me know if you have additional questions. Have a great day

Hello, I see you purchased mats for the 2019 Honda Pilot. This vehicle's carpet mats are secured with a twist n' lock mechanism instead of hooks. Due to this fact, holes added to the Exactmat would not prove to be beneficial. However, we include 2 clips in every order of ExactMats as an optional means to further secure your ExactMats to your carpet mat.
