“On the whole, the face shields are very comfortable to wear and the length is long enough for me. It's a bit short for my husband, who has larger features. There's a small amount of visual distortion, but not enough to worry me.”

“I was expecting to receive a print out with the mats indicating where each mat went. Instead, the mats were all marked with tags (A1, A2, B1, etc). Luckily, I was able to guess the correct location for the mats.”

“Excellent product. Had/have them on last two vehicles purchased. Tried to order (online) new mats as soon as new car delivered. Had difficulty using online order system. Had to call company to make the purchase. Other than this ordering "hiccup", everything super.”

Hi John, Thanks for the review. If you feel like your mats can fit better, we may be able to help with that. Considering its an older vehicle, our resources are limited in terms getting measurements. What we can do is send you some pattern paper, then you can simply trace the carpet mats on it and send it back. Its best to keep weights of some sort on the mats while tracing. We will also supply you with a return label. Or if you wish to send us your carpet mats and have us take care of it for you, we can do that as well. Let me know what you think

Hi Gordon, The clips are primarily intended to be used for the Front Driver Side Mat. If you were to use them, it is recommended that you add one to the upper right-hand side of the mats and one to the lower left side of the mats. Let me know if you have additional questions. Have a great day

“The exact mats clips do not hold the mat to the original mats there’s not enough grip on your clip. Is there anything you could do to remedy this situation. This is my third set of the exact match in the past I used my Mercedes clips I prefer not to use them on your own mats”

Hello, I see you purchased mats for the 2019 Honda Pilot. This vehicle's carpet mats are secured with a twist n' lock mechanism instead of hooks. Due to this fact, holes added to the Exactmat would not prove to be beneficial. However, we include 2 clips in every order of ExactMats as an optional means to further secure your ExactMats to your carpet mat. If you need additional clips, please email support@exactmats.com and we will send you some complimentary extra clips ASAP Have a great day

The thickness may impact some clarity, but your mats should still be extremely clear. If you feel there was an issue with the order, please feel free to reach out. Hi there! While we're happy that you'd recommend us to others, we also want to make sure you're truly happy with your mats. If they are totally incorrect, we want to do everything we can to fix it! However, if it's a tiny bit off, it may fall into our 1/16th" Guarantee, which guarantees a perfect fit, within 1/16th of an inch. Either way, if you are at all unhappy with your mats, please let us know so we can look into a resolution asap :)
