“Overall we are happy. Just wish we had not taken the 1/8 th inch off as suggested since there is some uncovered areas. Also it is taking them longer to relax than I thought it would.”

Thank you for your candid feedback, Julie! We're glad you're happy with your mats! I would like to mention that, given the material is a plastics material (vinyl) they can sometimes take a little longer to lay flat - especially if your home is on the cooler side. If it is, we usually recommend laying them outside for a bit to allow the heat to flatten them. In regards to the 1/8", we sincerely appreciate your feedback here. We've found that taking 1/8th of an inch off allows for an easier installation and removal for most of our customers. It should only leave a 1/16th of an inch gap around the perimeter. “The Mats are great and exact for I just feel they are a bit over priced for the look and quality but I like them they keep the dirt away and I am keeping them if it wasn’t for the price I would have defiantly rated a 5 stars”

Normally, we do produce and ship very quickly. However, we'd like to clarify that, due to national supply chain issues, we did experience a temporary backorder for some of our products recently. However, all related orders were placed on a priority list and were fulfilled as quickly as possible. Notices were posted on each product affected, but it sounds like you may not have seen it, so we'll pass feedback over to our web team regarding this as we definitely want to ensure our customers are seeing our notices. “the measurements were good. it's on the thin side, not sure if that is a plus or minus. am i happy with it? kind of. water does get underneath, so am constantly lifting it up to wipe under. so basically that did not resolve my issue or what i needed. easy to clean? yes. overall i guess it will have to do for now. it's an individual thing here. i may not be totally happy but i am only one person, only you can decide for yourself if this is something you could use/want etc. would i order more? maybe. it would depend on where. knowing more about the product and placement of current spot, will think twice about the next area.”

The reason for this is that most of our customers prefer a more minimalistic design, one which protects against everyday dirt and grime. We wish we could have given you a 5-star experience, but it sounds like you were not completely happy with the finish, which we're very sorry to hear. I can see that you purchased our X-Edition mats, which do have a domed surface, designed to stabilize your heels. The domes also create channels for dirt and debris to fall into, vs. all of it sitting at the same surface level as your shoes.
