It was fine. Nothing as grand as Cathay Pacific or a dedicated airline, but it was good.

Was ok, Should be able to wear hats. Would appreciate a little more food selecetion. a good salad bar wouldnt go a miss. Staff who could actually pour a beer would also be a good place to start. The beer i ordered had more head than me on valentines.

Seats aren’t very comfortable and the hot food in cork airport isn’t very fresh, you would know the pasta had been sitting there much too long.

It was ok - but felt breakfast had a poor choice, and the loos were not very clean...

It was quite busy when we visited and we gave up our seats a little earlier than we would have, to allow a group of 4 to have our table. The food is very limited, although there seems to be plenty of alcohol, even at dawn... someone seems to have got the priorities wrong.

Use aspire lounges 4 times a year from Manchester and have to say the one in terminal 2 is the worst yet, small enclosed room , sitting on top of each other we might as well stayed in the terminal with everyone else, won’t be using this one again however terminal 1and 3 are much better as you have view of run way and much bigger

Not a comfortable seat in the room. Inadequate toilets overall. Greatly disappointed with Barclays Travel Pack as Dragonpass is subject to availability. We have been declined admission twice through not reserving for which we must payin addition to the premium, recently increased, to the bank.

The lounge is large and spacious with good food and drink options. Unfortunately even though the lounge was very quiet service at the bar was very slow as you always had to go find someone to serve you, if your going to have bar service you at least expect it to be manned.

Food was not brilliant. Tea and coffee was fine. Lounge was busy and some noisy younger people spoiled it for me. We did not find it very relaxing compared to other Lounges we have used.

Have been in lounges many times and although still enjoy believe the standard has dropped. Not dim your side but customers. It did used to be exclusive but now anyone can book. Case in point it was busy and table we got was adjacent to a booth with couches where sat a couple and she was reckoned with her feet up in the settee while he spoke to a variety of friends with phone in loud speaker, perhaps it was first time out there village?? Not an isolated incident have felt this for a while

Good stay, good food and drinks. Only issue was no cider and have to pay for Prosecco which both of these are included if you book into the escape.

The lounge is comfortable and relatively spacious however the choice of food is very limited, with the hit selection not changing often enough.

Whatever you do, don't expect to be able to laugh and joke and enjoy yourself...you're told you can't have anymore to drink as you're 'too loud' God forbid someone was actually enjoying themselves in the 'executive lounge'

I went to the Aspire Lounge at Heathrow T3 several weeks ago, and have pretty mixed feelings. The lounge is quite small and a lot of the seating (particularly the comfortable seating!) is reserved for travelers on specific airlines, most travelers not using those airlines have to make do with communal bench seating (similar to Wagamama’s restaurant). However there’s a reasonable selection of hot food, drinks (including alcohol) although I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t the standard array of cheese/crackers that most lounges have - just a tiny bit of unpackaged cheese and cream crackers. Also, there wasn’t anything sweet available to eat. Summary - not bad, but I’ve been in better airport lounges for sure.

It was not too crowded when I was there (mid morning on a weekday) and there were snacks available. In essence a pleasant place for an hour or two before a flight, marred only by rather tepid tea.

Would recommend but if you want food best get there quick. Hardly any food and what there was was being taken away and nothing being replaced. Sinful if you saw the amount of they removed.
