The food available was not very good and the lounge was overcrowded people stood next to us complaining that we should move and finish our coffees elsewhere it made our stay Very uncomfortable

Excellent meet and greet Food - too much salt on the scrambled eggs for this day and age No mugs for tea or plates initially and had to ask for them Staff need to be aware of shortages and react accordingly

The lounge itself was fine and the staff were good. I was slightly annoyed that it closed at 7pm as I only arrived about 40 mins prior to that. If I’d known the time when I made the booking I wouldn’t have bothered. I’m sure the opening hours are mentioned somewhere but I would have thought they’d be on the website in big black letters as I was booking, but no. I won’t make that mistake again.

Based on the price and previous reviews, the services and products available were as expected. Food was refreshed and tasty. Drinks were a good range but we didn't expect the gin to run out and not be able to be replenished. Most disappointing about the whole experience was having only the disabled toilet working for the whole of the lounge for the whole 3 hours - this was unacceptable. on the whole, if we were travelling without kids again, we'd probably still use this lounge.

Very disappointed with lounge on this visit. Apart from soup which I didn’t like there was no other food except crisps crackers with cheese and a few cakes/sweets. Arrived at 6pm and would at least have expected sandwiches to be on offer.

Would like a better choice of hot food other than pasta or rice. Cakes are good if you get there in time otherwise all good. Thank you staff very good.

the lounge was nice however poor food choice lots of things were out we were this was due to them being busy they were very understaffed rentokill rodent protection in plain view!

The lounges are not as good as they used to be but still not bad for the money one down is that if you have a dragon pass or similar you struggle to get in sometimes

Not quite luxury but nicer than no lounge at all. Would have been nice to have more toilets (3 female is not enough given the size) and at least fresh milk in the coffee machines rather than powered!

The lounge itself is very nice. It is clean,quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is not good. Salads are drowned in sauce and the hot food choices are few and over cooked. Still for three hour layovers it beats the alternative

I spent a couple of hours at The Aspire Lounge at Calgary International Airport. It was not too crowded and had a peaceful and easy atmosphere which was great as I had a lot of work to do. I can’t say the food was anything to write home about. There were no non red meat options as a main meal, which was surprising. The food was of a fairly low standard in general. Nice selection of drinks, tea and coffee however.

The drink selection was good but the food was really lacking. There was a small amount of one hot food choice left when we arrived which didn’t get topped up until it was time for us to leave. There wasn’t any sandwiches or scones like advertised, although the lemon cake was nice. We were disappointed in the lack of food, it may have been the wrong time of day (1pm-4pm) but I believe the food should be the same quality/amount throughout the day as all customers are paying the same.

Good breakfast rolls (if a little dry), plus good mix of alcohol available, and not over crowded. Biggest issue was the toilets were out of order - men’s completely out of order and women’s only had one cubicle working, which is the reason for the average score. Hopefully these are resolved in time for the next visit
