Quietness very welcomed and drinks readily available. Food choice very poor One make of cheese and crackers or soup. I sponge cake Food not good value for money I’m afraid. We travelled in December and went in another of the lounges and it was a better experience. Shame really as everything else was perfect. I hope they sort out the food choice as back again in May

We have visited on many occasions. Little disappointed this time My husband asked for portage and just got answer ...we have run out This was at 08.00 am !, The food was not great and as the loungeas busy staff were struggling to replenish

Not one of the better lounges that I have booked. Lounge was cold and in need of an update. Very few comfy chairs with charging facilities close by. Spirits continually running out and had to keep asking for them to be changed. Overall ok but wouldn’t use again.

I had read some of the reviews before I booked and I think some of them are very unfair, the lounge is small but clean, I would use again if travelling fro T5, the only negative is the hot food was luke warm.

The drinks on offer were very good and the decor of the lounge was very pleasant. However, there was a limited range of food available, with some of the more appetizing items on the menu not being available. We visited when the lounge was reasonably quiet, and there were a large number of dirty tables that hadn't been cleared. Overall experience was acceptable but wouldn't describe as good value for money.

We felt that the food choice was limited and the magazines available also limited. The staff were friendly and the seating was fine - enough places to sit. We thought the whole place could do with a refresh

I have been using the lounges for several years and while the lounge still is good value I sense some cutting back over the last couple of visits. One improvement needed is more comfortable seats, essential when you are sitting for 2 to 3 hours.

The lounge was very busy early evening and I struggled to find a seat (although I did eventually find one and it emptied out as the evening went on). There were also a lot of inconsiderate people talking on their phones constantly or watching films on their iPads without headphones, so it was far from the relaxing haven I’d hoped for - no more relaxing than the generic waiting area. The food was very basic but ok. My flight was delayed by two hours, so overall I was glad I booked.

It was ok easy to book in (prebooked) Service ok staff topping up food were little unfriendly but booking in and bar staff very friendly Sausages good quality but all coming out over cooked bacon over cooked Coffee horrid Cold drinks ok Overall not the best I’ve visited Not the worse

We arrived at the lounge at 11.15am and found only scrambled egg left from the breakfast menu so had to wait until 12 for the pasta or curry. Had to ask for plates. Disappointed that no slimline tonic available at the bar. Salad bar good and really nice cake in the afternoon.

The lounge was a disappointment. I have been to other lounges and they were much better. This lounge lacked work space, printing facilities, newspapers and magazines that you could take with you, and shower facilities.
