Absolute chaos getting in, it took 15 minutes! Snacks were nice. Don’t go there with children or if you want to enjoy yourself, my party were ‘told off’ for laughing and talking too loudly. The staff work really hard and it’s good value for money if you drink alcohol.

Food was very poor, choice was lacking, and long queues to get a drink with only 1 serving

Not quite what I expected, a little busy and noisy with some people making the absolute most of the bar ! Food wasn’t anything special Will pay a little more next time and make use of the other lounges

Whilst facilities within the Lounge are fine the entry process is onerous and staff do not go out of their way to make it simpler. Almost had to give my hat size and shoes size before being admitted! Other guests helped me with doors whilst pushing a wheelchair - staff didn't make any effort at all. My poorest experience of using the lounge over a number of years

Only one person on the check in desk which caused around a ten minute delay to enter the lounge. Not as much choice in food as previous visits. Staff pleasant and helpful as always

I would like to star by saying the lounge is nice inside (decor etc). Every time I arrive (pre-cooked as well) there is always a substantial delay in getting access to the lounge due to processing walk ins or other types of card holders. Even being an Aspire member takes time for my card number and details to be entered, even though I pre-book. The food choice is nice but is usually not topped up or there is very limited choice. The bar staff need more glasses behind the bar and the front of house staff need to streamline the entrance to the lounge process. Providing another member of staff to do this would be a good start. 15 minutes to get in nearly every week can be quite frustrating. I know the staff make the best effort and are generally always friendly but sometime you can see the frustration in dealing with the chaotic manner of people on the lounge. The manager should look at reviews and address the issues. Nothing seems to improve with the points of concern in this lounge.

Three visits this year. Hot food and salads not particularly exciting and pastries, scones, cake non existent. The staff were under great pressure. Not all travellers want a full meal. Some snacks would be welcome.

The Lounge had the potential to be very good, but on the day we visited it was overcrowded. It was difficult to find a table/seating. There was a fair choice of food but the self service counter was very crowded with people trying to collect refreshments and other people just trying to walk past. We did manage to have some refreshments although finding cutlery and suitable plates was another problem. I am not sure if we would book this lounge again as it did not really give us the calm and peaceful setting we had hoped for.

Recently used the London Heathrow Terminal 3 lounge. Somewhat lacking in seating area available and one of the hot drink dispensing machines not working. Choice of alcoholic drinks fairly limited but acceptable, although measures somewhat small. Hot food choice very poor, but reasonable selection of cold items, however replenishment was a little slow. Overall, not the best lounge I've ever used, but still better than sitting in main concourse. Okay if you can get a discounted deal.

There wasn’t much of a selection for my breakfast. There was only sausage & beans available on my first visit to an airport lounge.

Lounge was very busy. Had to wait in a queue for hot breakfast food as they had ran out. Could not find a seat to start with, but eventually found one at the back although plates and glasses were still on the table. Won’t be using this lounge again. Defo not worth the money.

I would usually give 5 stars after visiting this lounge. However on my recent visit the hot food had obviously been sitting out too long and was dried up. Workmen were also in the lounge having their lunch. For an unknown reason they were offered some kind of baked pie and ice cream. Something that the paying guests were not offered. Staff were as friendly as always and nice surroundings. Was just a pity that the hot food was dried up.

Reception took a while to let us in as didn't have relevant details of our booking even although I provided a print out confirmation. The Lounge was quite tired Looking and had lack of USB ports. Food selection was minimal. Not great value or money
