It appears that Luton Aspires has a problem, they have removed all self service alcohol from customers. I can understand this if the reason is to many excessive drinking parties but it looks worse than that. I go there on a regular basis and last time they had run out of basic breakfast food early in the morning. It looked like they were going into liquidation to me. I am not sure that purchasing `premium plus` membership was a good idea. I would like your feed back.

Food is good but the seating lets the lounge down somewhat. Could do with more comfortable chairs to sit on, after many years of using lounges there has been a change from the comfortable armchairs of old to a more ‘cafeteria’ style seating ... I assume so more seating is available. But I’d prefer more quality than quantity.

Shocked there was no real butter for bread rolls and breakfast finished at 10.30am. Lounge was airless at one end -not comfortable. No allergy information on food. Staff weren't trained.

The lounge itself is good, I have marked down due to the attitude of the staff regards alcohol - commenting each time a drink is ordered does not make for a pleasant experience. We are all adults and aware of how to behave in an airport pre flight. The police also made a visit to the lounge (believe because a group of men were enjoying themselves too much) and we were spoken to like children. Will probably stick to the bar next time.

The Two things stand out for me was is the lack of staff, especially at the bar when you use to serve yourself now the bar person had to keep leaving the bar to help in other areas and the measurements poured were below normal measurements should use a proper gill measurement. The second thing is the decor is looking very tired and grubby.

The lounge itself is very comfortable but we were disappointed with the selection of food available. It seems that when something runs out there is no one to see that it is replenished. The quality was OK. We were unhappy about the actual timing of our stay. You are given a 3 hour window based on the time of your flight - we were not supposed to enter before 6.15 pm as our flight was 9.15. However if we were not to miss our flight we could not actually stay past 2 hours! We did arrive at 5.15 and were very grudgingly allowed in as 'they weren't very busy'. Apparently our table wouldn't be available until 6.15 but at no time were we made aware that a table was reserved for us at that time and was available for use.

A nice, quiet and comfortable lounge situated conveniently close to the gates with toilets nearby. The food selection however is very disappointing, a few snacks are offered and in terms of hot food only an overcooked pot of pasta and sauce was available.

There was children running around with a self service bar. I feel like this isn’t appropriate or considerate to other passengers.

Not impressed, staff attitude poor, especially bar staff, sandwiches were dried up - very poor food selection, worse lounge l have been to and used lounges worldwide!

Comfortable and OK place to wait for your flight. Decent value for money compared to roaming the open departure lounges downstairs and paying for drinks and food pr use.

The experience was good just there were only two woman for the whole of the lounge and it was quite busy and one of the ladies was a little rude to a few customers at the bar , the food wasn’t great and there wasn’t much out we would come back definitely we had a good time I just think if they had more staff we would have had a better experience , customers were waiting 5 minutes for a drink because they were making food or checking new customers in

This was the first time we have used the executive lounge. It was a Christmas present from our son. It was really wonderful to use it. However when we got there it was very crowded but that soon changed. It was lovely to sit and relax and would probably use again before going on a long haul flight. However one thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast. Especially the cooked one just bacon sausage beans and scrambled egg. I mean no tomatoes mushroom or hash browns. No toast Also very little fruit.

T5 Heathrow - crowded, oversubscribed and staff a little surly. Aspire Rewards cannot be accrued at T5 which an annoyance. I have had much better experiences at other Aspire Lounges (plus) - Bristol for example. This wasn’t great.

All in all it was a decent stay, however some of the items have changed and you now have to be served at a bar for alcohol. The Lounge has been Renovated since my last visit and the food items also didn’t seem to be as nice as last time. Staff were friendly and helpful and it’s a decent option.

Lounge was quite busy and several tables which had been used had not been cleared. Food and drink was average. Poor range of magazines and none to take away.

There are no toilets in the lounge, they are located a good walk away, which is a disadvantage, meaning it is necessary to take everything. I don't think there was a departures board, certainly I had to look outside to check my flight. The staff were very pleasant.
