Found the lounge overcrowded and very difficult to find a seat. Eventually was given a seat by a young man at the work station. Food was not great and we decided we would not bother the next time.

Seats not very comfortable. Food ok, just ok. Probably just about better than using shops/ restaurants in terminal. Glad I wasn’t a Singapore airlines business class traveller, would not have been happy with this lounge if I was! Overall, pretty poor for a paid lounge.

I spent some time in the lounge at Cork Airport. I had a pleasent stay , the selection of food was very poor and what was there was try and had been there for along time. If you need the toilet you do have to go outside the lounge which I think the should be in side.

Very busy when we arrived and struggled for seating. The staff were very busy which led to us having to clean our own table to sit down and queues for food and drink. There were little options for gluten free and where we were sat there was no possibility for tech charging

Lounge itself was nice as where the staff but food was very limited - we where booked in from 4.15pm and left the lounge at 6.20pm and the only hot food was rice, assumed there was a cross over if food but nothing more added. But disappointed as have been to aspire lounge in Liverpool John Lennon airport and it was far better

Nice fitout. Showers average and expensive. Food was limited and had been out for a while, wasn’t appetising. Staff friendly, escaped the crush of the airport.

A very functional lounge , lacked friendly service. A basic hello , goodbye would help .

I thought it was a little basic and the standard reserved for Singapore airlines in the lounge should be the same for everyone. By all means dedicate space to them though. The seats in the lounge are not comfortable enough,

Efficient booking in process. Reasonably full lounge but not overcrowded. Good coffee. Only very average food with tasteless eggs and no toast just a bun toasted badly some time ago. How about a real toaster to DIY? Croissants were inedible. Why not also offer a free paper given the price being paid? Ok but not value for money.

The lounge itself was good also the service was quite good. the main problem was the toilet both the men's and ladies were dirty and smelling bad.

Not up to the usual standard this time. Normally this is the quiet lounge although one group of 4 constantly used foul language and certainly made sure they got their money’s worth with the amount of alcohol consumed. Food too clearly had sat in the dishes for a long period of time and was only like warm Far better to cook little and often instead of piling it up when the lounge opens and leaving it their for most of the morning

I found the selection at the bar very limited and the brands unrecognisable.

The hostess at the reception was very friendly and a quick check in. But I think you’re really have to do something with the lounge. It’s getting old (furnitures) and a little bit dirty.(especially toilet) The waitresses were very slow and more interested in private talk than to fill up the buffet of to clean up the tables. The orangejuice was empty and not refilled, the milk at the coffeestation was empty but after 15 min refilled after that the beans were empty. The same with the food ... in my opinion you need new teamleader in the lounge. But we are coming back in march so we will see what happens than. Best regards an friendly greetings from spain Sven

I found one of the bar staff quite rude , to lazy to change a bottle on the Optex so gave me a half measure.

Lounge was worth the money paid due to the unlimited drinks available however, food was quite poor and not a big variety.

Standards have slipped and the experience very poor. With the improvements to Luton airport, the facilities now on offer aspire is not worth the money!

Dear Lynn, Thank you for your review on your recent visit with us. We are very disappointed to hear of your comments, I will certainly pass this over to the lounge manager so we can take this feedback on board and look in to how we can improve for your next visit with us. Thank you for your feedback. Kind regards The Aspire Team

Extremely busy, difficult to get a decent table for a group of four, we had to crowd around one that was really too small. We were there at breakfast time and sadly there was no toast, they don’t do it.The breakfast was adequate. I would try another lounge next time.

Always use executive lounges but my visit to Edinburgh Aspire on 21st January not to the usual standard. It may have been a particular time (I was there early morning) but a lack of orange juice (sorry, all gone sir was the response), croissant, (same response). Food that was available was good and hot. Service from the staff good but they seemed harassed. Not to the usual Aspire standard I have come to expect but willing to admit that this may be a one off; I hope so.
