Toilets were blocked and flooded, nobody seemed worried about sorting them. We were there at breakfast time, not a huge choice of cooked food, no toast facility nor even bottled water. Probably won’t use it again.

Very little different between, plus and standard. No additional menu just poor buffet food.

Comfortable and quite lounge with plenty of power outlets. Hot food was inedible, might have been because it was out so long which is a pity. Limited cold food available. Seems strange having to wait to ask the assistant in the lounge for a packet of crisps or to open a bottle of soft drink. Took a while as the same person is also responsible for checking people into the lounge......

Booked as a Christmas gift for four family members travelling on 8th Jan. paid for a bottle of champagne as they had an late evening flight. Despite at least 2 weeks notice there was no champagne. Family were offered a bottle of Prosecco and a refund which they accepted gratefully. The refund was processed quickly and I have the money back in my account but it does mean my present wasn’t the best!

Food available was limited and no prosecco included, which seems to be standard in other lounges. But provided a quieter area to wait for flights than in the general seating and restaurant areas, with free WiFi.

The Lounges were ok when the cost was £18 but now that the cost is up to £30 my husband won't be renewing his Priority Pass in November this year, that would mean he pays £60 every time we use the Lounges plus the annual cost of the Priority Pass. Regards, Margaret Hynd

The Aspire lounge at Nairobi airport was at least somewhere clean and comfortable to sit whilst waiting 6 hours between our internal flight and return to London. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. It was, however, very crowded and noisy - so not all that relaxing. Also, I was very sick on the overnight flight which I can only relate back to the food I ate in the lounge which my wife wisely gave a miss

Good food overall. Bananas had peels with holes so couldnt eat them. Entry staff were a bit rude. Staff inside were polite. Found it a bit overcrowded.

The lounge was very crowded and not particularly clean in the sitting areas. The food options could be better. But overall for the price, it is acceptable. The staff were polite and courteous and the toilets were kept clean. The wifi is not too strong and it is difficult to get a phone signal. I have used this lounge about 5 times now and will continue to do so as it is the best priced around.

The lounge was very pleasant and the food was good but the comfortable seating was limited and at the time of day that we visited the lounge was somewhat untidy. However, I would use the lounge again.

I booked this as an extra treat to go along with my husbands surprise 30th birthday trip. The things we enjoyed about this experience was that it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of a busy airport and to relax in comfy chairs. However I feel the cons outweighed the pros in this instance. When you book online you book for 3 hours and under no circumstance can you enter the lounge prior to 3 hours before your flight, however you actually have to leave an hour before your flight to get to your terminal and board your flight so I do feel a bit mislead and cheated out of how long you get in the lounge. We were greeted when we entered the lounge to check us in then told to go on in, no explanation of where anything was etc. I thought the food was very basic for the amount of money you pay for the lounge however on a positive note I must say the quiche was the best quiche I have ever tasted! Little bit contradictory I know I'm sorry! It wasn't an awful experience by any means but I think I would question in the future if I thought it was worth the money. Thank you very much for having us though.

There wasn’t a lot of choice on the breakfast menu. Tables and chairs were clean and the room was tidy

It was loverly to sit in a calm comfortable area . How ever I find it outrageous the we had to pay full adult rate for my 12yr old son who will no were near eat the same as an adult or drink Alcohol.

Very busy so difficult to find seats, and some seating is not very comfortable. Food and drinks available were fine. No toilets inside the lounge, you have to go out to the nearest toilets in the departures area.

Food and drinks good but the internet does not work. ”It is a problem we know”. If I am not able to work there what point even having a lounge... ”Try to go to KLM lounge and steal there Wi-Fi password”: was the answer i got to solve this issue!

Nice and quiet which is good but really do think there should be a bit more choice,,i have used these lounges for years.. but in honesty has got to a stage where its too much for too little ( food wise) has i don,t drink myself...

Lounge is very nice and just the atmosphere needed prior to flying, however the hot breakfast let is down and was very substandard, the cheap sausages and bacon quite frankly were awful. Next time I will avoid those.
