Arrived about 530am lounge was cold. Bacon and sausages overlooked and rolls too big. Only pleasant thing were the staff.

Arrived for an early morning flight. Cold bacon not a sausage in sight very disappointing just need to sort the little things, Tables not cleared ,Staff talking among themselves about pay.

It’s a nice place to be before you fly, food ok not great, lounge clean and tidy with a relaxed feel. Only real fault the gents toilet was dirty and smelly, sorry to say that but on the day we used the lounge this Wes the case

Hi there I didn't go use the 2 accesses I bought as the queue by immigration was too long. We were left with little time.

Bristol: I wasn't expecting a luxury breakfast and I got a just-adequate one so no great disappointment. I did find the seating rather uncomfortable and not very well designed either for eating at a table or for stting back. Peaceful ambiance compared well with the bedlam outside and the absence of sticky children made it all worthwhile.

Generally nice lounge, however, quite crowded and no sparkling wine. Surely better when not too many Star Alliance flights departing, yet, better than waiting in the terminal.

We arrived at Manchester airport 3.5 hours before our flight was due to depart. Check in was extremely busy and slow along with security, we went straight to the lounge when we cleared security and arrived to find food very low and very busy no seats. We only had 15mins before our flight boarded. We paid around £70 for three of us, so we felt this was not worth it.

It was OK. Not great or awesome, just OK. It was my third visit now and the previous two visits were much better, more relaxing and enjoyable. This time I was on an early flight and so my wife and I were in the lounge from around 0530hrs. Not enough staff on - had to ask cleaners to ask someone to bring out more breakfast food buffet which was constantly running out (sausages incidentally were hard enough to build a 6th Terminal with..). Half the lounge with the booths were all closed off despite it being relatively busy and people needing to work and eat before flying so it was a little disappointing. I then found an enthusiastic man who was knocking around behind the bar who smiled a lot but his English was fairly limited. Nevertheless I asked him for a glass of Prosecco for my wife. He popped off a fresh bottle, and poured a glass (great!). Then grunted as he realised he had opened a bottle of champagne rather than Prosecco so proceeded to tip the full glass away, and opened a bottle of Prosecco and poured a fresh glass from that. Bizarre really and a smidge wasteful, but I guess he thought he was doing the right thing. Would I come again? Yes, because I have had better experiences in the past, but if the next visit ends up being as poor, I wouldn't be back again. PS, Why is the review asking me if my delivery was made on time, who made it and was my item damaged? Seems a little obscure to me when reviewing an exec airport lounge.

Booking and confirmation: Very big confusion around my booking. I booked last minute (night before) and on arrival at the lounge my name wasn’t down as a booking. The man on reception made a number of calls to customer service to track down what had happened. I had confirmation that the payment was accepted and taken from my Amex card which I showed the guy on arrival. After several calls and an embarrassing number of people hearing all the chaos around me he did confirmed that they had my booking but someone in the office hadn’t manual “pressed the button” to authorise me on the computer systems. Lounge feedback: On finally entering The lounge it was very untidy and appeared understaffed. The two staff I interacted with were very actually very friendly and apologetic so I am lead to believe there are issues with lounge organisations and management, with a lack of focus on priorities around looking after the little things that matter to the customer. Food was very good and nice selection of soup, cold snacks and acceptable warm offerings. Drinks were original branded and of good quality. The staff were very friendly but the heart of the organisation is not about the customer!

Food was acceptable but not exciting.. surroundings were clean and tidy. Only issue were the staff. There had clearly been some internal issue that was upsetting them as they were distracted and talking about demanding a team meeting. That’s fine but as a customer I expect better and a more professional approach.

Good: - comfortable seats -large glass windows looking over airport hall -friendly and hardworking staff Bad: -no bottled water -no showers -food and drink offering poor( no warm items during breakfast, lunch only 1 pasta) -internet slow(had to connect with airport WiFi or lounge(KLM) next door)

We used tgevlounge on 14th Dec from approx 6am. While the surroundings were very comfortable & a lovely place to wait rather than the busy terminal I was a little disappointed in the food offering for the price.

The lounge is fine, a bit small because half the people take a couch for themselves. I think there should be a maximum of people be allowed to enter or have a rule that you can’t lay on couches wich take 4 spaces. Also the all the power sockets on the backside of the lounges didnt work. The food is very limited but the drinks are good. I wouldnt book this lounge again, maybe another one after im confident it is better quality than this one.

There was not much hot food selection, quite disappointing. Also didn’t realise children were allowed in as 1st thing in the morning we had kids screaming. These were the 2 reasons we booked a lounge in 1st place

The food choice was pasta or pasta, it was difficult to find a seat at a table and it felt cold.We used one last year and that was much better.

Not as good as the lounge in terminal 2 that we used in September. We arrived in yhe lounge for 4.15 am rrady for breakfast especially as we were up at 1.30 am. Bacon was fatty, bread roll was hard and crumbly and we dont like beans so not much choice compared to the brrakfast choices in escape lounge terminal 2 ( we were in that one at 6.30 am) There were also children in the lounge at that time, not a problem usually but they were running up and down screaming at the top of their voices.. Staff said nothing but when you're carrying food and drinks it's not acceptable to have children running up and down, accident waiting to happen. It was also chilly inside to be honest, we sat for 3 hours with our coats on. Will definately use terminal 2 lounges again but think we will give this one a miss next time we fly with jet2.
