Tables and floor not very clean, selection of food minimal, not enough staff serving at the bar or ensuring that the lounge is kept clean, staff who were on duty however were very friendly. Probably won’t use this lounge again.

We haven’t used the lounge for a few years and were really disappointed. It used to be fridges full of soft drinks and great bacon rolls. Now it is draft juice and cartons of fresh juice and the cooked breakfast items were barely warm. We didn’t stay longer than an hour.

Things have changed over the years in this lounge. You can now only get draft soft drinks (always flat) and alcohol drinks are now served by a server if you press the bell for assistance. However on a positive note the breakfast is very good. I book into this lounge at least 4 times a year and its definitely better value than its competitors in Edinburgh.

The service was good, albeit a little slow to bring out fresh dishes of food. The actual lounge wasn't massive and was pretty full apart from three reserved tables. We had to move one sign just to suit down. It was clean but not spotless. The food was pretty average but edible. The drinks selection wasn't amazing, again adequate. We paid £52, which was discounted. I would never pay the full price and in the grand scheme of things we could of had a much nicer dining experience for the same price or cheaper, but it was nice to not sit with the masses. I would give it 6.5/10. A few small changes and it could easily be an 8/10 and I would book every time.

Was lovely in the lounge however one of the members of staff had a bit of an attitude problem and spoke abruptly to someone in front of everyone rather than taking them to one side which spoilt the experience.

It's fine but the food options are very limited I personally and as a family don't enjoy spicy food. The coffee stop is fine apart from the cake ran out before us and no further options available. When I travel with my friend we always go to aspire plus in that section the balance and quality is right. So why can't it be so on the other side of the door

Small bar area. No heineken as advertised or cider options. A real struggle for seats, but food and moretti was ok

The room was smaller than I imagined it would be and it was also very busy meaning you had to share with others. I did not find the atmosphere relaxing. The food was hot and tasty and I would not hesitate to recommend a hearty bacon and sausage roll for breakfast. The coffee was terrible, we left the lounge early so we could get a decent coffee elsewhere. Considering the costs elsewhere I think the lounge is value for money but I doubt I would use the Aspire lounge again personally. I would be open to try one of the others next time I fly.

Small lounge, lacking comfortable furniture and over booked. Food and WiFi satisfactory. Marginally better than waiting in the main airport. Lacks an ‘executive’ feel.

Mmm it’s a very small lounge crammed in T2. Struggled to get a spot even though we had pre paid. Waited for a table for five. The staff try their best,they really do. The food okay, bacon scrambled eggs etc. Others were knocking back alcohol as you May imagine. Not sure if I would book it again. Not enough room in the place.

Regular visitors to your Lounges as we do class them as the Best at manchester airport T1 + T2 but on this occasion it was very dissapointing big qeueus on entry and once in standing room only such a pity as the food was Excellent both in choice and taste another point the Lady checking us into the lounge wasn't that welcoming may be that was due to the above issues.

The lounge was overcrowded and loud,after we had been sitting down for 20 minutes,it was like the main airport area,The food was okay,but limited in choice.
