The hot food could be improved by making it tastier. The furniture looks a bit tired The toilets need regular cleaning Pretty average in all but better than sitting outside with the general public

Comfort level ok, although surroundings rather bland & unwelcoming. Food choice poor. We are vegetarian, only hot food available was sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, baked beans & burger-style buns. Surely toast at least could be possible! Cold choices not great - very limited. Juices & coffee were ok, but not great. Staff v friendly though, hence 3 stars rather than 2.

Spent time in the lounge before departing for some winter sun, my wife and I found the area cold, the air conditioning was unnecessary for a cold autumnal morning, the tables dirty, dishes left from previous customers, limited food, generally disappointing. It is unlikely we will use this facility again.

We pre-booked the lounge but on arrival we’re advised that it was very busy and that we may not find a seat. We were asked if we would like to enter or come back later. We entered and there were seats available so were slightly confused with the comments. The food was only average, not much choice and long wait before hot food was replenished.

Overall a little messy, understocked and overcrowded. Plates, bowls and glasses were always running out and people were struggling to find a seat, especially if they wanted to sit together. The food offering was okay, I enjoyed the soup on offer, and the rest was edible but not that great. In my opinion it was not worth the money and due to how full it was, was also to loud, making it difficult to relax (something I look for in lounges).

For me the lounge was great but for my wife it was not so great. My wife prefers to drink cider, particularly the fruit ciders, but it wasn't available

The staff where very nice and friendly, a good selection of hot and cold drinks but the hot food did not have much to choose from the two main dishes a vegetable curry & rice and a pasta. I have been three times now and it is much the same each time along with a couple of samosas or a very small pie type thing. So more hot food with a greater choice would be better.

sadly my expectations were higher. The food was basic, there was no white wine, the lounge was packed and the receptionists were stressed. Not the experience I had in mind! Sadly, I doubt I will try this lounge again, just not worth the money.

Peaceful, relaxing, pleasant and competent staff. Food options quite disappointing - dried up pasta dish, sad sweet potato curry, - cheeses inadequately chilled. Need to upgrade equipment to keep food heated and chilled

I do feel the food wasn’t good enough. Very limited, the soup was just about lukewarm, the salads really basic. We had to leave the Aspire plus lounge half way through our stay and go to the Aspire lounge . I understand they were quiet but we had paid extra for the plus lounge. Altogether, standards need to improve and not with the money. I spoke to someone in advance due to the poor reviews and the suggestion was we might receive a refund if not happly. I’m not holding my breath 😩

We had prebooked and prepaid 2 spaces in Club Mobay before departure from the UK. Upon arrival, it took ages for the staff to find any record of us and we were almost denied access. Staff at both desks appeared to be poorly trained at customer service. Not a good experience! Once inside Club Mobay, we had very little time to fully enjoy the facilities. However, the staff inside were on the whole good.

Used many times but sorry to say recent visit was a disappointment. WiFi was very poor. The new drinks procedure of having a bar as opposed to self service is obviously a cost cutting measure. Yes I like one good measure drink before I fly, but I was served with a very small unit and may as well of just had a tonic water. Will try an alternative next time I am in Gatwick Retired couple so not looking for free drink. Time was midday on a Friday The peace and quiet was still good.

The experience was not too bad but I will not make use of the facility again. The airport itself provides wonderful facilities, it is clean and offers comfortable seating and eateries. The free snacks and drinks at the Executive Lounge do not warrant the cost. The lounge became very full and stuffy after a while, there are no reclining seats and the bathrooms are small. It was not comfortable to freshen up and change clothes in the bathroom. The general public bathroom just outside the lounge was cleaner and spacious and quiet. I do not consume alcohol and found the overall drinks benefit to be totally over sold.

Fantastic visit to the aspire lounge at Luton airport. Greeted by incredibly polite and helpful staff who were all dressed immaculately and looked very smart. Lounge was very quiet, which may be what some people want, we don’t mind either way. Lounge was comfortable, and seems we got there at a reasonable time before the rush of people so got some good seats. Only downfall was selection of drinks, one standard white wine which in my opinion didn’t taste very nice. I had pre booked a glass of prosecco (which did not come up on my booking when we entered the lounge but when I asked and showed the staff the confirmation of my booking on my email they were very apologetic and explained it didn’t come up on their system - which was not a problem at all, these things happen) but I feel that the prosecco should be available within the lounge price. Also no cider available at all, which is a shame as that is generally a popular drink and what my partner likes to drink. Food was nice, when we arrived breakfast was still available and then lunch was served so we were able to try both. I think that for £27 each it’s rather expensive and there should definitely be more options available regarding drinks; prosecco, cider, fruit cider, selection of wines eg Sauvignon blanc, Pinot Grigio etc and maybe even more selection with the food, different types of eggs served at breakfast, hash browns, mushrooms etc. Despite lack of selection and price we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the lounge which I feel was due to the helpful and polite staff, no request was too much for them. We will definitely return.

It was very busy but we were welcomed in as I had pre booked the bar person did not really know what she was doing as I asked for white Eine and she gave me rose wine, which was nice but not what was expected The toilets were in a terrible state I did let someone know and they sent a person to clean up. The food was replenished frequently.

Not a great selection of alcohol. 1 rose wine and not a zinfandel or grenache which are very popular everywhere else. Not a single cider option either. I appreciate that you can't stock hundreds of lines, but these two are fairly popular and basic lines. Food choices were good. Snack options could be increased. Staff appeared a bit grumpy all round. Not rude, but certainly not smiley happy if you know what I mean.
