the space in the lounge is quickly full, and there are not enough confidential space. The food is correct, drink is good. Internet access is complicated

Good Lounges but it could be better; if they provide more seats and more choices of food. Staff are good.

I treated my friend to the lounge experience for a birthday gift. I had used a different lounge previously at Birmingham so thought this would be as good. Unfortunately on walking in to the lounge I immediately felt disappointed. The appearance was fairly basic and felt a little claustrophobic. Not to be put off by this we helped ourselves to some soup, which was tasty although the bread rolls were a little stale. We would have liked a hot fish to follow but the two pasta dishes and the curry were all dried out so we went for salad. It was fine but nothing special. We followed this later with a coffee and a nice piece of Victoria sponge. Not the best experience, however the staff were friendly. As this was a special occasion I felt a little let down and would have liked better for my friend's treat.

Breakfast food selection only just acceptable. Dried up bread rolls and no fresh fruit.

No vegetarian food vegetarian sausages were available on request but they were dreadful made of what looked like mash leeks and spices not a good range of food for anyone water for tea and coffee not the hottest not worth the money the only good thing about it was that you get free WiFi and you escape the noise of the busy airport other than that food was not the best at all husband and son said normal sausages were vile

My flight was early morning , however I expected a better range of food to be served at breakfast time . Rolls with bacon and scrambled eggs was disappointing

Not a great deal of food choices. The ‘hot’ food was particularly poor. Lack of comfortable seating. Not value for money.

Pleasant area to sit in and small selection of food on offer. Please have some Sauvignon Blanc in stock- I’m sure it must be the most popular white wine around. The spanish white on offer was undrinkable unfortunately.

Great place to stopover BUT the advertised showers "are a ten minute walk away" according to the receptionist. Also the toilet facilities are not terribly clean and far too cramped. This, and the non-existence of showers, have a major effect on my rating = between poor and acceptable. I would have wanted to give a better rating as but cannot in fairness. However, the price was reasonable. 3/5 service 4/5 food quality 4/5 food choice (hot breakfast dishes for us) 0/5 showers 1/5 toilet and washing facilities 3/5 convenience of location for Emirates' flights

We arrived in the morning so breakfast was available, however the bacon was too hard to eat and wasn’t replenished with a fresh batch very quickly. My partner said the eggs were good. Can’t comment on anything else. All in all, was decent for how much you pay. Notes on the larger tables to keep free for big groups, smaller groups would like tv’s too.....

The food was good, and the drinks were nice. However, the general temperature of the entire area was high. I don't mean I was hot, I mean it was physically warmer in the restaurant than it was in the corridor outside. I don't know no if the A.C. was broken, or perhaps the majority of people coming through there prefer it to be warm, but I was sweating the entire time I was there. It was pretty uncomfortable. I intend to return, hopefully it will be cooler in there next time.

My first visit. I had the soup it was cold and the soup pot was empty for about 20mins it was not refilled, my friend had curry it too was just lukewarm, salad bar was good . Tea coffee and everything else good,wine good, staff were lovely, food needs to be hot,as this service is not cheap S

We were re-directed to a lounge at Birmingham Airport I had never used before as were flying with Ryan Air. I felt this lounge wasn't as light and airy or the seating as comfortable as the other I had used before at Birmingham Airport. Staff were slow in service and clearing dirty tables around. The breakfast snacks were extremely dry and had been left out far too long. A particular sausage was like a rock. The worst for me though was the atmosphere - deathly silent, could of done with some backgound music or TV. Not sure I would pay for this facility again, take my chances at one the public restaurants/bars

I was flying at the most busy time , so it did feel rather full. Food range is limited. But overall i would rather be here than sat in the airport. Chairs are comfortable and nice view outside. I will use again.

It was a good place where to stay but the service is not that great. The hospitality of the staff was less than average. They seemed to be annoyed if I had any questions and many dirty plates and cups were laying around the place. Selection of food was ok.

Booking in was efficient, plenty of seating, bar attendant was welcoming and polite, food was very average, tiny bowls of salad and cheese, after about 3/4 people served themselves bowls were empty, and took ages to be replenish. Hot food was mediocre, rice, bean curry and noodles in a sauce. Scones not fresh, and a bit of dried cake. No variety. Soup was good.
