Second visit to the lounge , got to say the standard had fell from my previous visit which was disappointing

Good value for money but didn’t like the seating arrangements as we were given ‘aisle’ seats which were very uncomfortable to sit on for over 2 hours. The staff were brilliant.

Thankfully we had our tables reserved as it was a very busy day in the lounge. When some of our party left to pop to a shop the staff attempted to clear our table as well as move bags to resell it on to others who wanted to come in, luckily the rest of our party informed them we would be back shortly. Food and drink options good, the deserts option needed more regular stock but we understand it was a busy day.

There wasn’t really anything wrong with it but wouldn’t necessarily recommend either. The room seemed relatively small and there was a few very loud people in the room might be useful to have different types of seating areas sectioned off

Bread was stale fruit salad had started fermenting not the standard of other lounges we use. Staff were very friendly and help full but they can only work with products given.

The lounge was busy and seating was restricted but thankfully there was a quick turn over. Breakfast was ok but only luke warm so a bit disappointing Overall an average stay

The lounge itself was very nice, however I was disappointed to find that it only provided diet or max pepsi, so had to go into WH Smith and buy 2 bottles for £3!! It all adds up. Because of this I probably won't visit again.

We have visited many aspire lounges and must say this was the poorest of them all. The seating was very uncomfortable and the selection of food was knot as varied as in some other aspire lounges.

Used the Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3 on Boxing Day evening. Managed to get seated OK. Food Choice was OK. Toilets not enough and needed service (Cleaning and restocking), but overall yes would use again

Though the lounge was nice and it as good to have space to sit and eat and drink before the flight it could have been better. There were only a few members of staff on which led to slower service and the toilets were in a disgusting state...as a result I left the lounge and walked back to the main terminal to use their bathrooms. This was corrected later in our visit but took a long time to action and they only had one toilet open despite there being numerous others locked.

Very average lounge compared to others available. Food was ok, which was some basic pasta and then a a few low quality hams and cheeses. Standard beers and wine available, but was an extra £5 for a glass of generic Prosseco. Overall, still beats joining the masses in the public departure area, but much better lounges are available.

Although we found the lounge comfortable and the refreshments very nice, none of the chargers in our area worked. The ones at the bar top table worked, but space was limited. Many other guests were complaining as well.

Generally. the lounge is fine, the view is good. However, it was a bit overcrowded, with a queue at the entrance. Moreover, the choice of food was disappointing (basic bread, soup, etc).

Welcome was lovely. Very small selection of food choices. Charging sockets didn't work. No hand soap in toilets. Lounge was very busy. Good to be able to fill water bottles at the bar and coffee was decent.

This was the first time we had used this lounge after previously using the Escape lounge. Upon arrival the check in staff was not very clear about what to do and spent most of the time speaking with each other rather than ourselves. Unlike the Escape lounge this lounge did not allocate you any seating and you could sit wherever you wanted, although there was a reserved area so I am unsure what that area was for. There was no atmosphere at all, no tv's, no music playing. The bar had no staff attending to to and the fridges were empty, meaning sometimes you had to stand at the bar waiting for a good 5 minutes before anyone noticed you. The hot food area is extremely small with no room to move whatsoever when trying to put food on your plate. Would I use an aspire lounge again, personally I wouldn't no. As a family I feel the Escape lounge is much more child friendly, has a better atmosphere, and better staff serving you.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Good selection of drinks and hot food items (was there breakfast time). Some hot food items were a bit cold / could have been kept warmer. The scrambled egg was very rubbery. Would liked to have seen some local delicacies and more food items that screams Scotland - perhaps smoked salmon, haggis, black and white pudding, potato scone, etc.. Tourists and business passengers from other countries like myself would appreciate this and would set the lounge apart from others. Same goes for the drink selections on offer - local beers, Scotch, iron bru, etc.. Make your lounge unique to Edinburgh and to Scotland.
