Hot Food was limited to veg curry and pasta neither of which I like Coffee machine needed to be looked at by staff as it was malfunctioning There were no biscuits or doughnuts muffins that I have received in other lounges

It was overall ok but I booked mainly to have a quiet space where to work (as advertised) and there are only a few seats in a corner of the room, without any separation from the rest. I wasn’t very quiet and there where not enough sockets.

We feel that the Aspire Lounge has gone back the way since our previous visits and would probably try another Lounge next time.

Nairobi lounge was not so great in the middle of the night. People had moved the limited number of comfortable chairs to make beds and one gentleman was snoring so loudly that it was virtually impossible to get any rest. On the postive side the snacks were definitely above average and the kitchen area was kept clean and hygenic.....additionally the wifi seemed relaiable and fast.

It was crowded, dirty and the food on offer was poor. There was no value for money.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Personally I thought the coffee was awful and why the small plates for the limited choice hot breakfast.all this said I would return.

We went in the Aspire Lounge. When we arrived it was very busy nowhere to sit even though tables were empty in a reserved area. The food was ok but i was expecting more of a choice. Lounges i have been in before you could help yourself to soft drinks and bottles of water to take on the plane that was not the case here. Over all the lounge was ok but not worth the money.

I was disappointed with my visit. The lounge is very small and extremely busy. There were no newspapers, that I could see. There were 3 large tables, which could have seated 12 people, reserved for no apparent reason. It is not the relaxing area it should be. It was quieter sitting out at the gate.

The Aspire lounge provided us with a comfortable place to wait for our flight. However there was a long queue to get in and as there are no toilets in the lounge itself, also long queues for the toilets. We arrived too late for breakfast but too early for lunch so the food was limited. The house red wine was tasted like vinegar. I picked up my bag and put it on my knee only to find my trousers then covered in dust as the floor was filthy. Standards have definitely slipped.

Really nice lounge and nice food and friendly staff, just ruined slightly by the building work opposite. I knowing was mentioned prior to booking but it wasn't intermittent hammering, it was constant and very noisy, and as this is an open lounge (No roof or walls really) all the noise transferred through. I'd recommend but only when the work is finished.

I arrived at 1015 to find breakfast still available, however, no staff were seen until some 15 mins later. Its self-serve so I helped myself, however, it was obvious the food had been sat for a while as the beans and scrambled eggs had formed a crust and cold continental breakfast counter was almost empty, so my choices were limited. Not sure the extra charge for “Plus” is worth it...probably won’t use again.

Have used lounge several times and found the wait for food unacceptable on this occasion, and didn’t appear to be enough staff on to clear tables. Only one person on bar who was very efficient but regularly had a large queue. Heard a number of dissatisfied customers one who approached the supervisor so I’m sure he can confirm.

The food was really good and the hosts very extrem polite. It was a quite space in a busy airport. If you arrive or fly from the "wrong" terminal, its quite challenging to get there, cause you have to pass several times the Security Check.

Whilst the service was good I felt the lounge was too small for the number of people admitted. We struggled to find a seat and it didn’t help that a couple of people were laid out along the settees trying to sleep. The food was good but probably didn’t warrant the cost of the lounge

On the negative side I found the Check in procedure at Cork Aspire lounge tedious and time consuming! I had my bar code for Executive lounges ready on my phone, only to be told that I needed the bar code for my Boarding pass instead! After finding that on my phone i was told I needed the bar code for Executive lounges! All tedious and time consuming! I noted that other customers also went through the same annoying procedure! Also the so called dress code wasn't enforced as one man was walking around in Tee shirt, shorts, and sandals! If I had known that I would have been dressed the same! There were also no toilets or showers in the lounge! On the positive side food and drink were very good along with the comfort and quietness of the Lounge.
