on arriving there was no one to greet us for 5 minutes and then when the front of house did turn up she was very rude to the customer in front of us and proceeded to walk around with a frown on her face. I know you get busy but felt the welcome was not very welcoming

Lovely Lounge and good food. Unfortunately it was an extremely busy day and the poor ladies were ran off their feet. The bar stock was minimal, there were times that the bar was unattended and the food wasn't always stocked. Despite how busy it was the staff did and exceptional job to keep all their customer's happy. Lovely ladies, great fun and very helpful.

Everything was acceptable. Staff were ignorant and didn’t make us feel welcome. No eye contact at the booking in. I was in a party of four older ladies and two of us had to go to the bar as there was a two drink per person policy. Very hard when you have two older ladies with you and a stag party in attendance. Didn’t see them only have two drinks per person. Food was nice.

The lounge was good, however disappointed to find there was nothing to keep children entertained.

I have always enjoyed staying in the Aspire lounge at John Lennon airport but this stay was not upto par. The wine glasses were very dirty and a very limited selection of food. The staff however were lovely.

When eventually got through long ques in security and got through to the lounge. We were ready to be spoilt as it was a treat for our honeymoon. We were quite disappointed. We first had to que for a further 20 minutes which took up more out our short time in the Lou he. Then we finally sat down, the coffee wasn’t good quality and there wasn’t any decaf available (I am pregnant and can’t drink caffeine) Also the food was poor quality and not much choice in the cooked breakfasts. There weren’t even private bathrooms we had to go back out to the main toilets. Not really worth the money we could have done without spending but wanted to treat ourselves

Think it is a bit false to advertise Free WiFi as WiFi is available everywhere in the Terminal. Preferable to have Shower Facilities.

Service was really good and the people really nice. The food was ok- breakfast was average, the lunch salads were really nice, but the curry was a bit school dinners. The tables and seats were a bit sticky and the loos weren’t up to scratch-only one ladies working and not that clean.

Lounge was pretty busy and wasn’t kept as clean and tidy as it could have been. The girls who cleared up and around only took plates/cup/glasses away but never cleaned the tables which were grubby to say the least. They weren’t particularly sociable either and made no effort to interact or talk to clients. Range of food and drinks however was reasonable.

The lounge itself was loud and was looking for more comfort. The lady at the check in was rude and not welcoming. For a lijngbr for which consumers are willing to pay a premium price I would have expected a more friendly atmosphere rather than a canteen feeling.

Very pleasant and helpful staff but not a great variety to the fresh food.

I've visited this lounge previously and enjoyed it however it has went downhill this time. It was extremely busy, tables weren't cleared when people had left, food was definitly not good - stale croissants and the hot food just tasted peculiar. Unfortunately i won't visit thus lounge again!

Most of the comfortable seats and seats in the quiet area had been reserved for business class passengers who did not arrive in the two hours we were there.Food was adequate. The Aspire lounge in Johannesburg had fabulous set as good food and excellent service. Heathrow lounge was really only adequte

I would like to have given a five star review if it wasn’t for the poor state of the toilets in the lounge bins over flowing and lack of cleanliness in the ladies toilet left our party disappointed. We have used this lounge before and at first thought it may be a one off but apparently not

After a long day at work and an expected three hour wait for my flight I was glad of the peace and quite to complete my paperwork/report etc when I arrived about 6pm. The lounge was a little cold towards the end of my stay and the choice of food was also a little weak especially when I was looking for something warm to eat and there was only a pasta dish available. My flight was delayed by some time and it would have been beneficial to have been able to stay in the lounge until departure but it closed at 9pm. The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout thevisit,

The lounge is comfortable and quiet however we did find the choice for breakfast could have been better. The staff were slow to clear the tables. One of the ladies toilet was out of order when we visited so only one in use. I think for the price you have to pay things could be improved.

Seemed rather understaffed on the day of my visit which meant a long wait to gain access or get a water from the bar. Selections replenished slowly
