Pretty crowded and took a long time to refill supplies of ice, drinks etc that were running out.

Not that quite attractive breakfast. Nice with drinks, that's just what it should be. The lounges are somewhat worn. Starting on Danish website, then switches to English when paying, and then you have to pay in pounds, so with that it costs kr.160 is not correct We have usually used CPH lounges, and I personally think it's preferable to kr.160. we are 9 people traveling together and using the lounge every time Best regards Elo Michaelsen

I am a solo travellers and always book the executive lounge but find it is not as good value as it used to be not very much food to choose from this time and staff not as helpful as usual

The lounge itself was OK, although it took a while for the dirty plates of the people before me to be cleared from the table. The breakfast was well cooked and tasty, however, the spirit measures were abysmal, I could not get a whiskey without a mixer, and the measure was only about 10ml, I was told that I could not have a whiskey in case I made it into a double. As I am 74 years old I found this rather childish and demeaning.

A bit disappointed, not enough comfortable lounge chairs, coffee machine not working, but did supply black coffee. No Baileys or Amarula. Food reasonable, nothing to get excited about, been in better value lounges.

Booked the South lounge as this was new and expected it to be quieter than the original aspire lounge. We were asked to move to the original aspire lounge which was frustrating (the woman at this was desk was apologetic). We were there at lunch time which seemed very busy. Good value if you plan on having a few drinks beforehand, food isn't great quality but has a varied selection.

Wasn't very impressed with the food selection. There was 1 apple in the fruit bowl, no yoghurt or other light snacks, and no bottled water on hand, had to ask for it at the bar. However the staff were lovely and it was clean and comfortable.

Fairly basic, no newspapers and breakfast very limited. Bathroom bin needed emptying.

Evening flight so entered lounge around 4pm to be met by receptionist who was not particularly happy. Not overly busy but main issue was that there was so many uncollected plates, glasses and cutlery at tables was difficult to find a clear one. Plus the floor needed a good clean around these tables. Did eventually get cleared but was around 1.5 hours later. Good selection of food and quality was good too.

We have used this lounge many times and have seen it double in size, however it has not been anywhere as good on the 3 occasions we have used it so far this year.i Not enough staff to keep food etc fully topped up , clear tables etc when Lounge is full to capacity as it has been on the 3 times used this year! Think staffing levels need to be looked at.

To many big groups of ‘lads’ being noisy and being told to quiet down, a few woman shrieking & joking on. Not much choice of snacks. We usually use the aspire plus as this is really enjoyable and relaxing but we now have a young child so that option was unavailable.

Flight was delayed staff unsure of entry time staff not keen to let us back in even though we had only spent less than 3 hours there. Surely they should have some record of entry time couldn't even find our receipt of payment

My friend and I used the lounge for the first time, nice environment to sit in and wait for our flight, good value for the alcoholic beverages but we found the lunch time food very disappointing

We arrived at around 10.30 am on September 14th with an electronic booking confirmation and receipt on my phone. When at the desk, we were there for 15 minutes while the staff were either unable or reluctant to allow us in, preferring to allow people behind us entrance whilst we patiently waited for them to return to us. In the end we had to email the receipt back to them before we could enter and the surly, unhelpful attitude of the young lady behind the desk has left us with a bitter taste to be quite honest. The F&B is average but we like the lounge usually as it is remote from the hustle and bustle of downstairs. We were also fortunate to get a table because as we were stood waiting around, 20 people went straight in before us. When we did get in we only just got a seat and people after us were wandering around for a while making the whole experience not a very good one. We may have to consider using another lounge next time to see if it is any better. Your reception staff need help in customer relations, that is for certain.
