Nice relaxing lounge, good choice of drinks,although the choice of food was rather poor. The food that was available was nice but just not enough choice.

Although the lounge was O.K.the experience was ruined by, I`m afraid, the staff on duty at the time. One very loud female member encouraged a couple with shouting across the lounge which was, at times, so loud as to drown our own conversation. The female member of staff was later joined by her male colleague who also spoke across the lounge in a very loud voice. The lounge was not busy and either member of staff could have approached the coupe and talked quietly. It is, in our experience, the first time we have noted unruly behaviour by STAFF as opposed to members of the public.

The lounge itself is very well furnished with the addition of the reclining pods, which was a nice feature. However the day me and my girlfriend went, the lounge capacity was not big enough for the amount of willing patrons. So they were turning people away without a reservations and when we got in, the place was packed! With the very high volumes, the staff were struggling to keep everything stocked and food choices were running out fast. However the staff were very good about clearing away used items and very curious. All in all it was a good stay, especially towards the end when it started to get quiter. However it really stuggles to hold together at max capacity and I might recommend at peak time avoiding or at the very least (as I did) book directly through the airports website or you will not get in.

Arrived at the lounge at 6pm on Friday night. The lounge was relatively busy but we found a comfortable table and there was plenty of charging points. The food options were OK and were replenished regularly. The big issue we had was they ran out of tonic (!!!!) after our first drink. After our second drink they ran out of beer on tap and after our third they ran out of our first choice of bottled beer. Surely for a Friday evening the bar should be better prepared. Would book again but in the hope the bar was better appointed. Snacks (nuts/crisps) would be a great addition.

The food choice is non exsistant, no fridges to help yourself like the others, if you want something sweet or just snack wise you've no chance, once it comes out it's gone in a scrum! No crisps, sandwiches or fruit even! Curry or pasta? ,

The queuing to get a drink was horrendous, we had this lounge free of charge after experiencing a bad time there back in June this year... things still haven’t changed, the tables were dirty, the time you had to wait to get served, the cakes were not covered up, people coughing over them, kept running out of rolls, just one person on the bar, no scone’s and cream, cutlery very low, it needs a manager high up to go in and sort this place out.... awful for what we pay to use it.... never again!!!

Chairs not comfortable enough very harsh furnishing/ decoration. Overheard hostess making disparaging remarks about being too early after a client requested bar service.

Given a seat, not allowed to choose. We were sat in a tiny corner in front of huge fan. Not very comfortable seats and no TV. Seats very close together and not very private. Food was not as promised on website - one cake and a load of biscuits thrown into a jar.

Was a short stay in the lounge, did feel as if intruding as there were reserved notices all over the place, I understand there have to be reservations for large groups but at 09.30 in the morning finding a reservation for 15.00 was rather off putting. Food was ok could have had some newspapers available and a few more staff would have been nice too.

Dress codes appear not to be being maintained. i.e. Men in shorts, football tops, I suspect that profit is being put before maintaining standards ? Executive Lounge??

We were only in the lounge for a short time prior to our evening flight. We had a warm welcome and the drink options were good, We did feel that the food selection wasn't great however with only a few sandwiches and crisps on offer. We have been in other lounges where the food choice was much wider and included hot food. Not a great selection and poor value for the time we were there.

Work is really needing done on both the booking system and the T&C's. I looked to book for my partner & daughter for a 15.30 flight to London but the system showed full (fair enough) but gave a booking option up until 13.45. I though ok I'll book that option to give them 3 hours prior and they can shop after 13.45 when they come out. When they arrived at 10.45 they were told they could only get three hours before their flight but said that time was full online, told to come back at 12.30 and they would see what could be done or a refund. When they got in there was no food, delays in anything coming out despite asking a few times and a general lack of interest. My point is an entry at 12.30 for a 15.30 flight does not give you 3 hours access as gates generally shut 40 minutes before a flight and you still have to queue so you in reality only get 2 hours. Bit disappinted that you cant actually pick a time that suits what you want to do (but can book it on line) unlike some other lounge providers so will be reviewing future providers carefully. We are booked again in October and hope for a more positive experience.

Not alit of choice to eat even worse was drinks, 1664 larger or tiger, both bottles in the fridge but warm, not worth what we'd paid, not very comfy, very dissapointed
