“Lounge was okay, but don't see a big enough improvement to justify the massive jump in price since our last visit”

“Crowded - not very welcoming. Food was lukewarm. Picked up clean coffee cup and put it in coffee maker - found a tea-bag at the bottom of the cup of coffee! Cleaners were all really noisy at 5 in the morning... all the previous night's exploits were being discussed. No flight boards available which meant leaving the lounge to find out the boarding times/gates. Not as nice as other airport lounges.”

“On your website it said breakfast was served until 12 noon. We arrived at 11am to be told due to the season breakfast had stopped. There was bacon and barms left but thats all. There was no lemon to go in my gin. Another customer ended up getting some from another bar. Staff were friendly and attentive. Lounge was comfortable and clean. The food available for lunch was ok but as I dont eat cheese or spicy food (curry and mac cheese) choice was limited to salad, this was however tasty.”

“Some of the staff are a bit grumpy but likewise others the complete opposite. Nice to see alcohol not so easily available in the new BHX lounge stops the petty stealing and also its not pleasant flying alongside drunks!”

“This is a review of the Faro airport lounge. Not as good as the Aspire Lounge at London Luton by any stretch of the imagination. The entrance was OK, but otherwise it was rather dull and lifeless. Shame really as I know this is a new lounge and so much could have been done to improve it. It was rather like walking into a lecture theatre; maybe a couple of plants, a couple of groups of tables, so it is not so like a classroom. Would I use it again? Not sure.”

“As an Executive Lounge the accommodation is on par with other lounges in Schiphol, friendly, attentive staff. However, may I suggest you add more staff in your reception area, The queues were unacceptable.”

“Reasonably comfortable. Food and beverages good. The only downside was it was way too cold with the airconditioning. When mentioned to Staff member they said it was always like that and it couldn’t be remedied. Spoiled our experience.”

“There could have been more choice of food and the cooked breakfast wasn't hot. It took a while to clear tables as it seemed to be understaffed both in reception areas and on the floor.”

“Good quality of food available and bar choices really good. Put off by a large family in there and their kids touching all the food with their hands and putting it back. Should have an age limit for kids.”

“Really disappointed this time with the aspire lounge. We have been before in the morning and the variety of food was much better and the staff seemed more friendly, just a better atmosphere. This time we had an afternoon flight, the choice of food was extremely poor, pesto chicken pasta and chilli and some ham to make a sandwich. Honestly expected at least a bit more variety than that! Also the Heineken was off during the time we where there so that was a disappointment for my partner.”
