Not a great choice in food. Only had 1 highchair so my 1 year old never had one and I got told to stop him from running around which is difficult considering he had nowhere to sit. Nice and relaxing, that’s the only positive.

Nice reception. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of space and good choice of food and beverages. We got engaged at Christmas and was lovely to have a celebration drink in the lounge on boxing day. Would definitely recommend!

Terminal 2 Aspire: This wasn’t the best lounge we have visited. The food was ‘okay’ but very basic, disappointingly there wasn’t any toast making facilities which, when travelling early in a morning is sometimes all you want. I don’t think we will be visiting again.

Perfect way to start a holiday, nice and relaxing. We were the only ones in the lounge when we first went in so was very quiet. Great selection of food and drinks and really helpful staff.

We have stayed in the Lounges several times previousy without a probem. This time however there seemed to be a shortage of staff at the sharp end hence noone seemed to notice that food was short. Hence it was cold and I had to wait several minutes for baked beans to be replenished and they were not particularly hot even then. The lounge did not seem busy enough to offer any justification for the poor service. Very disappointing.

Advance booking was easy. The visit was very relaxing. Good selection of food and drinks. The staff kept up with clearing up and restocking. We were there for 3 stress free hours.

Despite showing my credit card payment statement, we were refused entry as our names were not on the entry list. The lady manager was very rude and told us go take it up with Head Office, which wqas not open until 9am, our flight was at 6.25am. She agreed that the payment of £62.98 0n 4 November had been taken from Head Office but still refused our entr. There was clearly an admin error resulting in our names not being on the list. This was very embarrassing in front of other customers and it was a trip planned for my husband's 50th birthday, this experience ryuned our experince at Heathrow airport. I would like a full refund of £62.98 as soon as possible please, noy only has this experience put us off booking with Executive Lounges again but we were also out of pocket at the start of our trip. I had planned the trip and wanted everything to be perfect for my husband, It wasn't.

We always use this service. We visited this time prior to a Christmas break - it was a very early flight and although we didn't partake of any of the alcoholic beverages they were plentiful if we had wanted to. The breakfast items available were excellent for quality and choice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The booking process was very easy online and I got a very good price for two at Montego Bay. Unfortunately on arrival our experience was hindered in getting access due to a lack of coherent communication between Executive Lounges and the lounge itself. We did not appear to have the documentation the lounge were expecting and they repeatedly told me they could not find my booking which was quite embarrassing. In the end it took around 30 minutes for me to have to go into to the lounge reception to log in to their wifi simply to forward my confirmation email to them. For some incomprehensible reason they needed me to forward the email to them. It was so frustrating and it is not nice being challenged for something you have paid for. If this bizarre issue could have been resolved perhaps by ensuring that bookings are also sent straight to the lounge I would have been more than happy.

Drinks ok. Not self service. Staff behind bar was miserable and never cracked a smile the 3hrs we were in there. Food was limited and not exciting. No hot meals for anyone who doesn't like pulses, grain or veg . Dessert choices were okay. Would I use the lounge again? Not sure. It would have to improve to be a yes. Not a patch on Teeside airport.

Excellent experience in the Aspire Lounge. the food was of a very high standard and there was plenty of choice. Drinks were also high end and the service at the bar was second to none. The only negative is there being no bathrooms in the lounge, meaning you had to go out and past the shop to the nearest ones.

Staff were very helpful on check-in. But the bar and food area was very badly manned - it was Xmas Eve so understand it was busy but there was no cutlery and no-one at the bar or around to ask so i was standing with my food getting cold - i ended up eating it with a spoon. Food offering was sparse and no hit of anything to do with Xmas.
