“Staff were very helpful on check-in. But the bar and food area was very badly manned - it was Xmas Eve so understand it was busy but there was no cutlery and no-one at the bar or around to ask so i was standing with my food getting cold - i ended up eating it with a spoon. Food offering was sparse and no hit of anything to do with Xmas.”

“We have used all the lounges at Manchester and although it was pleasant and saved us from the busy airport it was certainly the least favourite of ours. The food was poor in comparison and has a very 'squashed' atmosphere. We certainly felt that the majority of the service was aimed at the 'Upper Class' clients. The drink choice is also extremely limiting in comparison to other lounges.”
