I pre-booked and paid UKP 29.99 - when i arrived at the lounge there was nowhere to sit as too many people and a lot of children had been let in ! So i left and went into the BA lounge instead - a very very bad experience

It was dark, small cramped and very limited food. Carpets were filthy. Used the aspire lounge on previous times in terminal 1 and that's a million times better. Would never use this onee again

Overpriced for the options available. No sandwiches, just watery soup and nibbles. There were two adults and two children aged 13 and 12. The children did not like anything on offer. I had some soup but it had no taste to it.

Quite honestly I was utterly dissapointed with my visit to the lounge. The staff were extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. Furthermore the tables were all dirty and the floor had not been cleaned. It is clear the place needs to be revamped as it was scruffy and most of the seats were then. The food on offer was not adequate either. As a whole I would never return again.

Little food available No plates for food when it was available, by the time you walked around counter to get a plate and walked back, the food had been taken. Long queues for free alcohol where other lounges have help yourself fridges. Empty tables on arrival were few and far between, if free none of them had been cleared. Only 1 person clearing tables. When you have a limited amount of time to grab food/drink for family and have to wait, it becomes a waste of time and feel we will never pay for this service at this airport again. Other airports do a better job!

Long queue to get in. Rude, arguing staff. No bar staff. Cold food. Nowhere initially to sit. Toilets outside. Space dominated by spa which is of no interest. Would be better off sitting in a cafe outside.

Very dated and shabby. Also it was freezing. I complained at reception but they did nothing to rectify the situation considering everyone in the lounge were sat in their coats. Just said the temperature wasn't controlled by them but the main airport. We vacated the lounge early as it was unbearably cold.

The lady who worked there was very rude . There wasn't much to eat only soup and the drink that our husbands liked do drink they only managed to get one bottle of lager then they had ran out and wasn't any left ?

The was hardly any food and also staff were very rude to my sister and also waited a long time at the bar for a drink,very unacceptable and also simply not worth the price I had to go down stairs and get Burger King bring it back to the lounge that's how bad it was, I will never use your lounge again.

Having experienced the executive lounge before in another terminal in Heathrow, we were expecting great things. This time there was an extremely limited selection of food which was actually all cold and had been sitting there for hours. Last time we were able to order fresh food from a menu which was delicious and hot! The service was very poor and there was never anyone at the bar to serve you. The seating was also limited and uncomfortable. If this the usual standard then I'm unsure whether we will book this again.

not much choice of food.brought out in small amounts.no hot food available.drinks hidden away .staff not overly helpful

On the internet it said we was gonna get food basically everything included we paid £60 between the 3 of us which was very mis leading. We could have spent that money on proper food, and ate within the airport. All that was there was drinks, cheese and crackers, soup and bread. As our time was booked through lunch hour there was no availability. However we was happy to accept this and asked the lady at reception if we could bring food in here to eat. As to which we were told no. So if I have to leave the lounge to go and get food which I then also have to sit outside and eat then please explain as to why I would pay £20 each to sit outside the lounge as that is the concept I am not understanding here. To be frank I would like my refund back for all the time I wasted in there.

Booked it for a birthday experience for my brothers 18th on our way to Rome , got there in time for breakfast(bacon rolls) took so long for the woman to stop chatting to the man in front and check us in that we missed out on this took ages for food to be replenished when we asked about rolls we were told it was basically tough we weren't on time when in fact we were in plenty of time. Won't be booking again and advising others it's not worth it.

The decor and furniture were shabby, the choice of food and snacks was dire. Having used the Aspire Lounge previously, this was a massive disappointment. Doubt that I will use the lounge agai!n
