Nice and quiet but food horrible. Just some grim looking rolls and pastries. How long had they been out of a fridge?? One toilet door was broken and air con had a leak. But sofas comfortable and free drinks! Not worth the money.

I found it far too busy not the relaxed calm chilled atmosphere that was advertised; we were perched on the edge of the table. Not satisfactory. The food was hard and cold n apart from soup no hot food was available. As it was sooo busy there was a huge queue to save queuing again I wanted two drinks but I found your team members rude in the way they stated 1 drink per person. So £21.99 for two drinks wasn't worth the effort or stress. Furthermore to this I contacted yourselves for some reasonings why and was and was put in contact with a lady called Stacey Hamilton; I'm still awaiting an answer from Monday and it's now Sunday very disappointing would you agree?? Very dissatisfied Adam Hayward Haywardadam@yahoo.co.uk

The queues for both food and drink were ridiculous, the choice of snacks was appalling. We usually go in the Escape lounge which offers more choice and is more relap.

Completely over sold the experience. When I arrived, I was in anticipation about eating all the lovely food stuffs promised on the Web page. What I experienced was watery soup with hard bread rolls and some crackers and cheese. Nothing of the variation promised.

When arrived at the lounge and walked through there where no seats for us to sit at even though we had booked our places for the lounge a good few months before travelling. As my partner went to speak to reception I was spoken rudely to by the guy working at the bar telling me that I can sit on the table with other people and that there is only us two so we can sit there. We eventually sat down and the food that was on a hot counter to go and choose from was not a great variety. The spa was closed aswell. Would not waste your money totally disappointed and a rubbish start to our holiday.

I am sure the lounge would have been nice but we were unable to use the lounge as we were flying out of Concourse C and when I booked the lounge it was not clear to me from your website that we could not access the lounge in Concourse A from Concourse C. This was very disappointing as my wife, two daughters and granddaughter were looking forward to celebrating our granddaughters 3 year birthday in a more private atmosphere. So essentially the $130 that I paid for lounge access was money flushed down the drain.

The lounge was like a ghost town there was no staff about, just a few families with very loud children, I had to wait up to 10 minutes to be served at the bar due to the lack of staff. The bacon sandwiches were few and far between. There was a huge que when they did come out and the only managed to bring around 8 to 10 sandwiches so I had to wait for more to be cooked. When they did arrive the were barely cooked and tasted like rubber. This was my first time booking the VIP lounge for me and my partner as this was for our honeymoon. It will certainly be the last as it was not a nice experience and certainly not worth the money. Me and my partner were very disappointed.

It was over booked so nowhere to even sit. Food was like child's pasta.

When we arrived the lounge was full and no seating was available we finally got a seat when a couple left. We had one drink of our choice after that the bar had no Heineken, no slimline tonic, no ice, there was no food to speak of apart from a couple of muffins very very poor quality. When I complained to the reception I was told "nothing to do with me have just started my shift send a complaint in by email" worst experience ever.

You no longer have an executive lounge at Faro yet it was on your website the day I came home. I am disabled and did not have the money to pay an additional £90 for the new lounge at Faro. I had no choice but to sit on a plastic chair, in a very hot and very crowded airport for almost two hours. I was in absolute agony and in tears by the time I boarded my flight. I rang you the next day and was given a refund. The woman I spoke with had no idea you don't even have any facilities. I was not offered any other form of compensation for the horrendous experience I had to endure and your errors.

Opened late. Staff very miserable and reluctant to serve behind the bar. Only booked this lounge as it opened earlier than the escape lounge

Not impressed. ..dirty inside. The food was mediocre. Soup in the height of the summer! And cheese and crackers (1type of cheese & 1 type of cracker). Other lounges provide a selection of sandwiches, salad, cold meats etc. The bar was ok but the beer was warm. Wouldn't book again

Not enough seats, we had to sit on the floor. We were not the only ones. People standing, some went and got fast food & drinks from downstairs. It just felt like a normal waiting room. Considering it is new, it has not improved from the old location down stairs.
