We found the tight space and dull decor depressing. When we asked for the hot food available we were told there was soup. Not something we fancied on a hot day. The other available food was cheese and biscuits, crisps and pretzels!!! Then we were told we could only have single measures of spirits.. I suggest you should have a look what is on offer in other lounges . The last one I visited had salad and quiche on offer with not a pretzel in sight. I will not be using a Swiss air lounge again

Order#LHR-621194-T5 Not a good experience. Had a nine hour layover. Hoped to rest for six hours. Had "reserved" sleeping pods. Told "out of service". Waiting list to get into lounge. No seats available. Talked with Carlos, the supervisor. No resolution. Eventually found two seats at the bar. Uncomfortable to say the least. I ended up laying on floor behind couches for several hours. Not exactly what we paid for.

I was very disappointed with this lonunge. I booked 4 of us in and it took more than 25 minutes to get through the door, when we finally got in there was no hot food . I have used the lounge before with no problems. The staff were confrontational. I accepted a bottle of wine but was still very disappointed. It really spoiled my start of my trip I have emailed 3 times and had no response other than an acknowledgement it was received. I am traveling again in 3 weeks but not in a rush to return I

i arrived to checkin only to be told that due to a demayef flight i couldn't for 45min to and hr so i had to sit and wait and saw alot of ppl going in so at tbis point as m flight was leaving a little over an hrs time and i had beem sat waiting i asked about a refubd a d then tbey said i could check in but it took about 10mins for this and once i got in i was very disappointed by the lounge as i only booked this on the back of bei g in your no1 lounge in t3 on my journey out and it was fantastic. However the t5 was awful and was like a hospital canteem and im ot happy hat i paid £60 for what was on offer and had a cup of tea and a cake if id of known how bad it was i would of sat in a restaurant at the airport with better food and i wouldn't of hd to oay as much or wait for someone to get up before i could get a seat. as once i was finally allowed in there was no available seats so i was stood round after an 11hrs flight waiting for someone to leave

Had to queue for 15 minutes just to get in even though it was booked prior. There was no snacks available as it was so busy, had to queue for ages to get a drink as there was only one person on the bar and there was at least 15 people in front of me. When I asked the person in charge when the snacks were coming out she didn't even know that there wasn't any out but when they did bring any out there was so many people in that they only lasted minutes. Not a good experience

Bad service, had to wait ages for drinks so got two because we were having to wait so long. Got told off for doing this by a very rude member of staff. Her attitude was appalling and because of her we will never use the Swissport Lounge again.

This visit was arranged by my son in law and I feel he wasted his money. Myself and my wife were unable to find any seats together no sandwiches available only soup which would be impossible to eat with no seat or table and queue were so long to get a drink total waste of money

Visited on sept 16 2016 at 16.30 to carnage!! The place was half empty , food everywhere not a clean table to be seen and to be told we are really busy by a stern /abrupt blonde woman. We stayed until our Malaga flight at 18.55 with nothing to eat but crackers and cheese and the dregs of cold pasta and a few coffees. They were continually turning people away for no reason saying we are so busy!!We feel our 40 pound was a total waste of money will not be using this aspire lounge again , surely looking at previous reviews the staff and service have got to be looked at!! Been to the lounges in many airports and this has got to be the worst ever!!Angry traveller!!!

There was no food available when we arrived in the lounge. There was no cheese nuts or olives. We were there around 30 minutes before anything became available. There were a lot of ditry tables and the lounge seemed to be under staffed. Unless you were there to drink it was not an enjoyable experience.

Barman not at the bar to serve drinks, resulting in long que's at the bar. Poor selection of drinks at the bar. Lounge was very cold and very crowded. Very poor selection of food, serial, muffin or greasy cold bacon roll. Waste of money, would not use again or recommend.

No acceptable snacks type food had to ask for things to be replaced when it was it wasn't worth waiting for Not enough staff, queues for the bar and to get into the lounge

Pre ordered Prosecco and they did not have the order at the bar. Once sorted it was warm, and when returned the bar person stuck her finger in it and argued that it was OK. I was then told if I had "forked out" another £5 it would be free next door.

We arrived there was no prosecco available, wine tasted terrible only one choice. There were no crisps or nuts had to go and ask for. No soups or anything to eat. Felt we were totally ripped off shouldn't have booked it
