The lounge was disappointing from start to finish. It was extremely over crowded, lacked standard facilities expected within an executive lounge e.g toilets are located outside the lounge, food was of a low standard and very limited. After fighting the queues to get the food, then had to wait for 25 minutes for cutlery. Seating is cramped and does not allow for personal space or room for luggage. There was nothing about executive about the Lounge at Terminal 5, the Lounge at Terminal 3 is by far better and I would be very unlikely to recommend or to use this Lounge again.

Really small, lack of seating for myself and the group I was with. Been in 1 in Istanbul, which was massive, plenty of room, lots of variety of food. But this was nothing compared to that

Not in keeping with international experiences of lounges I'm used to. Poor food choices (nothing hot, and the cold selection was inferior), unfriendly staff, poor décor. The entire experience was substandard. There were a good selection of drinks. I guess the lounge wants to cater to alcoholics. I will never ever use Swissport Lounge again. Very disappointed.

The service was appalling, well non existent! The two staff members spent most of their time in the back gossiping. The system/procedure was not explained on arrival and I had to muddle my way through it. There was a client waiting a long time to be served whilst the staff could be seen chatting away in the back. Eventually a member of staff came out of the back and said "you should have knocked" This was the first holiday abroad with my daughter, since the untimely death of her mother. Booking the "executive lounge" was supposed to be a special experience and it turned out to be no more than a shambles. I found the whole experience very stressful and made to feel like the staff are there for their own entertainment. If this is a true representation of your company and the service you offer, I suppose these comments will be ignored like the majority of the clients that were in the lounge that morning.

When we arrived at the lounge there were no available seats, the bacon rolls were cold, overall the service we paid for did not exist and we would never use this service again nor recommend this service to our friends, a total waste of money.

No seats. When eventually got a seat had to clear away all the empties and rubbish left by previous passengers. Receptionist uncaring and borderline unfriendly. No airconditioning in main seating area. Radio blaring. Total waste of money - will never use this service again.

Aspire lounge appeared to be overbooked, there was no where to sit, the room was extremely hot (no air conditioning) I had to que for over half an hour to get a drink to be told it was only 1 drink per person so was unable to get my husband a drink while he stood with our bags, variety of food was very poor hot food only consisted of soup and hot drinks were difficult to get as the machine was on the bar and everyone was Quinn compared to other lounges I have visited at Manchester and other airports this is by far the worst experience we have had and definatly not value for money. I would not recommend this lounge or wish to return.

When I went to the buffet (I use that word loosely because there were no choices) the food was already taken and the food that was remaining was old and disgusting. I did not realize that I had to inform the staff there how to perform their jobs correctly. I will never use this service again. Also, I did not know that only certain alcohol was included. That is information that should be explained beforehand. So the all you can eat food and all drinks included was not worth it. Basically I paid for a chair.

The food was very poor, I was only advised on arrival that a shower was only permitted at an extra fee. When the last piece of cake was finished before I had any, I asked if any more would come out at a later stage, I was told NO. I was told that there weren't enough tables and I had to approach strangers and ask to sit at their table. It was truly uncomfortable.

I was incredibly disappointed to receive an email the evening before we travelled to say the lounge was not going to be open prior to our flight. I had only booked a couple of days before. I have used the lounge before and it was great but less than 12 hours notice of cancellation was unacceptable

I have to say, my experience wasn't reflective of a service you'd willingly pay for. Despite informing the staff of the problem, throughout my visit the food and drink which was supposed to be on offer was completely out of stock. The only good available was apples, when we were expecting hot food, cheese and biscuits, nibbles and cakes. Many of the alcoholic drinks also ran out . I'm very disappointed in what I experienced and do expect a refund, as I didn't get the service I paid for. I can be contacted to talk about this further at carolineapril@hotmail.co.uk

Very disappointing. Very little fresh food on offer and when sandwiches did appear there was very few to go around. No newspapers or magazines at all. Tables not cleared we had to do this ourselves. We have been in the lounge on several occasions and up to now our experiences have been very good, however we will think twice before we book this for our next holiday in January. MOST DISAPPOINTING not the way to begin our break away

We were extremely disappointed with our first experience of the executive lounge. Too many things to list but here are a few - no beer on tap, unhelpful staff, poor choice & quality of food selection, white wine not chilled sufficiently etc

The service was the worst comparing to all lounges I have been. For breakfast just one type of bread, cheese and ham. No vegetables. Only basic basics. It is a pity to offer such a bad service, especially when food is not expensive and it is very simple to prepare meals which visitors would enjoy. No well arranged area with sofas, no privacy. I would not recommend it to anyone.

There was a very long queue and lengthy wait to get in to the lounge as it was short staffed. There was apparently no staff to clean tables. When we finally entered the lounge we had very little time before our flight left and were appalled at the poor food and drinks on offer with very little choice. We were also told we could only sit on certain tables. We therefore decided to walk out. I am certainly not minded to return unless there is a dramatic improvement in your level of service. I will be requesting a full refund.
