Despite our advanced booking your lounge was full and we were refused admission. When we eventually gained entry there were few seats available and limited refreshments.

They was no one on the desk when we arrived. Do to airport development the lounge was changed and we did not receive prior notification of this.

The lounge was absolutely freezing, we left after 30 minutes complete waste of money staff apologised but we were told the Air-Con could not be altered. I will be writing to Holiday Extras on my return

This was a complete waste of money we arrived at 5:30pm and sat down only to be told that the lounge was closing at 6pm, my booking was made with all my flight details. As the lounge was closing there was no food. Surely it's beyond your ability to notice my flight was 8:30pm

Having used executive lounges for many years now I found Larnaca disappointing. Having used the No.1 lounge at Birmingham prior to flying to Larnaca this really heightened our disappointment at Larnaca. Reception arrival was good but the food was very disappointing and chatting with other users whilst in Larnaca's lounge they also felt very disappointed. There was no bar service and the types of alcohol were very limited. In fact there was no one to assist with the food and we stood around for a few minutes unsure of what we were supposed to do. Hot food consisted of chicken nuggets (that looked like the ones you buy in the supermarket), mini meatballs (like Ikea's) and pizza (which was hard and only luke warm when we arrived in the lounge). There was a bottle of sweet chilli sauce by the food warmer and that was it. There were some mini pinwheel sandwiches and some salad and that was it. Due to the limited food choices my son decided to have cereal but the cereal dispenser for the one he chose wasn't working. Near the end of our stay they brought out some brown bread triangle sandwiches with sliced cheese. The plates that were used by customers remained on the tables for a good 30-45 minutes after being used. The women's toilet was messy, the bin was full and there were no paper towels. Contrast this, at a similar price, with a fully stocked bar and bar service at No 1 Lounge at Birmingham, salads, cakes, scones etc. One hot snack of your choice and bar snacks (olives, oriental rice crackers and peanuts) on request at the bar. Lovely laid out lounge and excellent service. As this lounge is suppose to cater for the upper class customers of some airlines we really expected a much better experience. You could see all the pipes etc in the ceiling as it looked like the ceiling tiles had not yet been put in place. All in all a really disappointing experience.

Very disappointed went as a group of four and was unable to sit together. Soup hadn't been refilled then when it was there was not any bowls. Tables had not been cleared and there was no sign of any staff to ask for food to be replenished. Not the start to our holiday we had planned.

Your business was totally let down by one member of your staff who was rude and unhelpful. The lady in question ( who I guess is by far the oldest of your employees) "served" behind the bar. Requesting a clean glass brought a look of disdain. When I had the cheek to request ice in my drink she motioned in the general direction of an almost empty ice bucket - and turned her back as I used my fingers to scoop out the few remaining cubes. As a customer, once you have committed to using your lounge there is no going back. If I had encountered such attitude and service in any of the ' free' establishments in the Airport I would have left without making a purchase. I WILL NOT RETURN!

A very disappointing first experience and the last time we'll be using Aspire. At nearly £140 for 6 of us for 2 hours (the 3 hour 'allowance' is pointless because the checkin desks don't open until 3 hours before the flight, then you have the joys of security theatre to contend with) it was daylight robbery. I'm used to BA Lounges where fridges full of whatever you fancy are available to all, BA trusts its customers to be sensible and almost everyone is. It is self-policing. Aspire is expensive, and takes every measure to limit your consumption: short-staffing the bar and only allowing 2 drinks at a time. This leads to lots of foot traffic as everyone is going back and forth. Not relaxing in the least. Then there's the abysmal food. I hope you're not Coeliac (gluten intolerant) like two of our party were. The staff were unable to guarantee the gluten content of the only hot food served: soup. Then they brought out small sandwiches. The other options included biscuits and crackers (both gluten containing) and cheese and yoghurt. One of the two Airside Andy machines was locked into baby-mode which kept crashing and there was so much contention for the other that nobody got much time on it. No thanks. Not again.

Very unhappy with the service offered, extreme waste of money. I received an email with a barcode to present at the desk, when we arrived Mario told us they had no method of scanning it. What is the point? I hadn't printed out a paper copy as the email said use code and found it impossible to get Internet connection to show the staff. Instead of allowing me to go inside to have a drink and access my email they made me wait at the desk for 15 mins until I got connected. So embarrassing, why they couldn't just check my booking is beyond me. Also Mario was most annoyed we were 1 1/2 hours past the time I choose....our flight was delayed!!!! Hardly my fault. So when they finally allowed me in the delay and hold up at the desk only gave us 30 mins as there was no info on booking saying if you leave from B it takes a long time to get to the gates. Also the mini pies were inedible, empty shells. Not good at all!

Following our recent complimentary visit after having a poor visit last time we feel that it would be only right to bring a couple of points to your attention,on arriving I was told to take off my designer baseball cap,I didn't have a problem with that as I was otherwise smartly dressed, what I did have a problem with was a gentleman with a football shirt on,two girls with camouflage jump suits on and small children shouting, screaming and running around, this is supposed to be a lounge to relax in and fellow passengers would feel the same as I. To allow children in makes it just like the airport terminal ,people pay extra to escape this and relax where adults only can go and relax in a quite environment. Another point that I would like to say is the lack of food, sandwiches on a rota system not replaced when they run out. Also being told that they had run out of draught lager!!!!!!! And was told that it was not being replaced till the day after, astonishing that an airport the size of Manchester and they couldn't source/change a barrel of lager???????? Watching new passengers enter and find that there were no sandwiches and no draught lager only added to the confusion. Thank you yours probably not going to return Duncan Graham

Decor very dated and unwelcoming, little choice of snacks. Not a nice experience to start our honeymoon by using this lounge, will not be using again.

The staff were rude, they snapped that the upstairs was closed in a very aggressive manner ,there were no other seats available . Possibly the worst lounge I have experienced . Only biscuits available for gluten free , nothing else . I don't feel this was worth a tenth of the £150 I spent , we had one drink and left . Even the guy who checked us in was rude . The toilets are a 5 minute walk away from the lounge .

Queued for nearly 45 minutes to get into the lounge this was really bad and there was a lot of unhappy customers as well as our selfs, seriously need to sort a quicker system out as this was anything but vip and quite stressful at 4.30 am in the morning!

The kids play area is louder than the main airport lobby and the food is disgusting. I was looking for a quiet area to relax in before a 25 hour flight and I left the lounge after 20 mins because it was terrible.

Very disappoint paid £21 to be treated like a child,we were heading on my best friends hen do and were told to take off our tops which only had 'chiristies hen do' on them nothing horrible. We were then told to behave ourselves? Not every hen party is a nightmare! We then sat down for some breakfast and I don't like bacon rolls and found the food choice very poor and not enough of? I took 20-25 mins for someone to change the food and put new things out. All in all not impressed!

could not be a worst start to our holiday. it was so cold there were YOUR customers wrapped up in towels. when people complained we were told it was nothing to do with you it was down to the airport, YOUR staff were not interested. if I were lucky enough to win the 2 free places...which I doubt...you can donate it to charity as I will not be coming back...and as I have another holiday booked in September I will look at your competitors. thank you for taking the time to read this email...I hope you act on it.

The facilities were shocking. On offer were scones and soup and nuts and olives. We arrived at around lunchtime for flight TOM 244 1355 departure so we were prepared for at least sandwiches etc but very disappointed. The service from the staff was no better. No bowls for soup and stocking up very poor indeed. Waste of money. WILL NOT RECOMMEMD AT ALL.
