What an awful experience. When we were arrived at the lounge, we were denied entry for around 30 minutes due to the lounge being full. I tried my best to explain that we had booked but to no avail. Eventually we were allowed into what can only be described as the filthiest lounge I have ever seen. The food was hideous, there was no refrigeration of cooked meats and the food was on the whole completely one divide. I am furious about this & am seeking a full refund

The carpet was dirty, the seats were poor, the "greeting" at the door was perfunctory at best, when we asked if we could sit at a table we were treated as if we were an annoyance, and after the person checked, we were told the table was reserved, even though no-one sat at it all the time we were there. The food and drinks on offer were of poor standard and quantity - for instance, they ran out of at least three snack items (pretzels etc.) and these were not replaced whilst we were there. Finally, one of the occupants sat next to us decided it was OK to try vaping ! All in all, you can rest assured that we will NEVER use this lounge again, it was a complete let-down and increased our stress levels rather than helping us relax.

Visited the lounge on 2nd July and despite pre-booking, there were no seats available, although several areas were 'roped' off and marked as 'reserved'. I was disappointed that the bar was not self service and I had to wait several minutes for bar service. I asked for a gin and tonic and was initially offered a small glass, when I asked for a long drink the bar man said I had to go and get a tall glass from the orange juice stand and bring it back, he then informed me that he couldn't give me double - which I had not requested, I just wanted topping up in a tall glass with tonic. I was made to feel slightly ashamed for asking for a drink. The whole set up is not a pleasant experience - the seating is awful and very hot with the morning sun shining through. The food area is tiny and the choice was very limited. Overall, a disappointing experience and in my opinion not very good value for money. I have been to lounges all over the world, including some that have had bad reviews, but I can honestly say that this was the worst for me. I shall not be visiting again, nor recommending it to any of my friends.

I have used the standard aspire lounge at bristol airport several times. I have always has a good experience. I have found the staff friendly. My experience at the aspire plus lounge wasn't very good and I will not be booking for my next holiday! I found the food to be well presented, but the hot pasta dishes lacked flavour and we're cold. I found the mushroom soup to be inedible. I managed to have a few crackers. I think the only difference was that you served prossecco and some premium brands.. I found food better in the standard lounge and quicker to help yourself to drinks. The only other difference is adult only, but I have never seen children in the other lounge.. I would definitely not book this lounge again!

I arrived at Amsterdam after a long and tiring trip and had booked the lounge to easy my wait for another flight. The directions in the airport were inadequate, the map on your website useless, and ground staff (including from airlines such as Lufthansa that apparently use your lounge) did not know where the lounge was located. I gave up my search and instead waited at my gate instead.

Worst executive lounge ever, was so disappointed, waste of money, poor variety of food and snacks, stale cakes, limited brands of alcohol, cheapest brands also, miserable staff who refused to smile and were quite frankly just rude made the experience very unfriendly and uncomfortable. Will never waste my money or time on this horrendous, poor excuse for a lounge again and I advise others to save their money and not book here either.

The last time we used the Gatwick North Trrminal lounge there was an abundance of food and the place was clean. After finding very little food and dirty carpets on 23-6-16 we won't be wasting our money again.

Sorry to say that this was a complete disappointment and waste of money. We had an early flight booked but took the decision to use the lounge. We arrive to find that it hadn't opened on time, the coffee machine hadn't warmed up yet, the breakfasts were not ready. By the time that the coffee machine was ready it didn't dispense any milk versions. The coffee that did come out was revolting and couldn't be drunk. We just sat there and then left.

We use these lounges in general when we travel for the ambiance and ease of use rather than trying to work our way through crowded bars or restaurants in the airport. However sad to say that the service was well below par due to staff being absent (according to the staff that were working), some delays to flights and this resulted in lengthy waits for a drink at the bar and no food being available. It was without doubt, very poor and didn’t meet the expected standards. It was shocking value for money for two drinks each and some cheese and crisps at almost £100 for the four of us.

Could not make use of paid for lounge as in seperate terminal building from Air Canada check in, and security did not allow us to go through to Chinook lounge. This should be told to customers. On return, Custmer Service redeemed £30 but I lost £10 and had to endure an uncomfortable 3 hour wait which I had planned to avoid by booking an Excutive Lounge.

Me, my wife and two friends arrived at Newcastle Aspire Plus lounge on 14th June. We had booked this facility several weeks before. On arrival we were told by the receptionist that there was no record of our booking. Fortunately we had taken a print of our booking arrangements which we gave to the receptionist only for her to tell us that she would not let us into the Aspire Plus lounge unless we could prove how much we had paid. We drew her attention to the amount involved which was shown on the form we had taken and only then (and somewhat grudgingly) did she let us into the lounge. The lounge room was cold and lacked any atmosphere. There was no soup - not that it had just run out - there was no soup on offer at all. I ordered an omelette which was no doubt fresh when it was cooked but this may have been some time ago (weeks?). It was tasteless and had possibly been frozen. Overall this is lounge is very poor value for the money and we all found the process we had to endure at the point of reception to be quite embarrassing. I doubt whether we will use this lounge again.

We have visited many airport lounges before and this was by far the most disappointing. The staff were the best part of the experience, however, that is where the good review ends. There was no hot food apart from tepid soup. The Snacks and nibbles were limited and not very good. The bar was reasonable, however, the WiFi was really poor. Considering that it is a business lounge this wasn't very good.

We queued to gain access met by a very slow receptionist the bar person was very unhelpful we eventually managed with help from another customer get tea and coffee a request about hot food albeit a bacon roll was met with disdain ,they will be there when ready a scurry of activity and the hot rolls had gone I was to late along with others queried when hot food would be available again a shrug of shoulders and comment when there ready £40 for a tea and coffee disgracefull

I will send a formal email later however the following was our experience. (1) Slow check into lounge and no control of people from the Aspire Lounge using the Aspire Plus Lounge (we paid extra for this) (2) The lounge was dirty with the carpet having food debris under tables, obviously your cleaners not checked on their work. (3) No staff at the bar counter and no hot rolls (beacon) in the hot press all the time we were in the lounge (4) Waited for service, had to go into Aspire lounge to take rolls as ours in Aspire Plus had not been made (5) We were not the only people complaining so you will get more (6) Never saw a newspaper delivered to the lounge (7) Not a good experience, and certainly not value for money charged which in future will obviously effect the decision to use the facility for either business travel or our holiday travel.

Awful! Very hot and crowded, with surly staff. Food choice poor. Staff slow to clear away empty plates - and when they eventually did this staff invariably pushed past me to get to other tables!!

The selection of food was appalling for the price. Nothing other than cereals or croissant for vegetarians, nothing really healthy either, everything loaded with sugar. Felt like a self service petrol station food stand. Would not be using again.
